Ազգային ժողովի ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Սամվել Ֆարմանյանի համար մեծամասամբ հիմնավոր չեն ՀԷՑ տնօրեն Եվգենի Բիբինի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ` էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի թանկացման շուրջ հնչած հիմնավորումները: Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց Սամվել Ֆարմանյանը և հավելեց, որ բոլոր այն հարցերը, որոնք հնչեցին նիստի ընթացքում` պատշաճ կերպով չմեկնաբանվեցին:

«Մենք այս քննարկման ընթացքում բարձրացրել ենք այն բոլոր հարցերը, որոնք հուզում են մեր հասարակությանը: Դրանք վերաբերում են ինչպես այն ճոխություններին ու շռայլություններին, այնպես էլ կորուստներին, որոնց մասին տպագրվել է նաև մամուլում»,- հայտարարեց նա՝ հավելելով, որ այդ բոլոր հարցերը դեռևս մնում են չպարզաբանված:

Պատգամավորը հայտնեց, որ Բիբինին հարցեր են տվել ինչպես պատգամավորները, այնպես էլ ՀՀ էներգետիկայի ու բնական պաշարների նախարար Երվանդ Զախարյանն ու ՀԾԿՀ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Նազարյանը:

«Կարծում եմ, որ ճիշտ կլինի սկզբում Էլցանցերը ներկայացնի իր կարծիքը, բայց մի քանի հանգամանք պետք է առանձնացնել: Պետք է ոչ միայն Էլցանցերը, այլև «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ընկերությունը պարզաբանումներ ներկայացնի: Դրանք խոշոր կապիտալով աշխատող ընկերություններ են, ովքեր ոչ միայն սոցիալական, այլև քաղաքական պատասխանատուներն են համարվում, ուստի կարծում եմ, որ նրանք ևս պետք է հասարկության հետ հաշվի նստեն: Նրանք ոչ միայն ժամանակ առ ժամանակ պետք էլեկտրաէներգիայի թանկացման հայտ ներկայացնեն, այլև ներկայացնեն իրենց կատարած աշխատանքները: Բացի դա՝ էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի վերաբերյալ ցանկացած հայտ պետք է գերճշմարիտ և գերհամոզիչ լինի: Ու թեև ես մասնագիտությամբ էներգետիկ չեմ, բայց լսելով այն փաստարկները, որոնք ներկայացվեցին, իմ համոզմամբ՝ համոզիչ չէին», – հայտնեց Ֆարմանյանը և հավելեց, որ նույն փաստարկները ներկայացրել է նաև քննարկման ժամանակ:
