ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գառնիկ Դանիելյանը գրել է․
«Ինչպես հայտնի է՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այսօր անակնկալ այց է կատարել Տավուշի մարզ: Ոսկեպար համայնքում տեղի է ունեցել հանդիպում մարզպետի, Նոյեմբերյան խոշորացված համայնքի ղեկավարի և մի քանի գյուղերի վարչական ղեկավարների ներկայությամբ:
Փաստենք, որ նշված հանդիպմանը ներկա չեն եղել զանգվածային լրատվության ներկայացուցիչները:
Այսինքն՝ Փաշինյանն իր հետ տարած մի տեսախցիկով փորձելու է ստեղծել շինծու տպավորություններ և հերթական անգամ մոլորեցնել հանրությանը:
Հանդիպմանը մասնակից մարդկանց ձեռքից հավաքել են հեռախոսները և այլ իրեր: Այն ացնել է թեժ մթնոլորտում:
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտնել է, որ 4 գյուղերը պետք է անհապաղ հանձնել Ադրբեջանին, այլապես պատերազմ կլինի, Ադրբեջանը ուժով կվերցնի, իսկ մենք չենք կարող դիմակայել:
Հանդիպման մասնակիցները հարց են ուղղել՝ արդյոք այդ գյուղերի հանձնմամբ Ադրբեջանին չի անցնի՞ նաև միջպետական ճանապարհը, որտե՞ղ են դրա արդյունքում հայտնվելու ադրբեջանցիները, և արդյոք երաշխավորվո՞ւմ է դրանով, որ պատերազմ չի լինի:
Փաշինյանը պատասխանել է՝ չի կարող երաշխավորել, և կարող է ընդամենը հուսալ, որ չի լինի պատերազմ և կփորձի այնպես անել, որ այդ ճանապարհներն անվտանգ կլինեն: Նա նաև հայտնել է, որ Ադրբեջանի հետ նաև Թուրքիան է, և «այլ ճար չկա՝ պետք է տանք»:
Փաշինյանը կոնկրետ ժամկետներ չի նշել, սակայն մեր տեղեկություններով՝ այցի նպատակը հենց գործողություններն արագացնելն է եղել:
Եվ չնայած որ Փաշինյանն իր հետ նաև մարդիկ է տարել՝ որոշակի մեղմ ֆոն ստեղծելու նպատակով, այդուհանդերձ, գյուղացիները բավականին սուր հարցեր են ուղղել՝ փորձելով հասկանալ, թե ի վերջո, ադրբեջանցիները որտե՞ղ են կանգ առնելու: Փաշինյանը կրկին իրեն հատուկ մանիպուլացնող ոճով պատասխանել է, որ կաշխատեն այլընտրանքային ճանապարհներ կառուցել և այլն:
Փաստենք, որ սրանով հաստատվում են մեր բոլոր մտահոգությունները. օկուպացիոն ռեժիմի սույն պարագլուխն Ադրբեջանի հետ միասին դուրս է եկել հայ ժողովրդի դեմ և պատերազմի սպառնալիքներով, խաղաղության խոստումներով փուլ առ փուլ հասնելու է նրան, որ մի օր այդ «դեմարկացիան» տեղի ունենա Երևանում»:
