ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Գորիսի քննչական բաժնում շարունակվում է 2024թ․ փետրվարի 2-ին Գորիս քաղաքում երեք անձի նկատմամբ կատարված հրազենով մահափորձի դեպքի վերաբերյալ քրեական վարույթի նախաքննությունը։ Հաճտնել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն։

Ինչպես ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել էինք` նշված օրը Գորիսի սրտաբանական հիվանդանոցի դիմաց տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ժամանակ, նախկինում ունեցած տարաձայնությունների պատճառով, Գորիսի 38-ամյա բնակիչը առերևույթ սպանության փորձ է կատարել նույն քաղաքի բնակիչ 40-ամյա տղամարդու և նրա երկու եղբայրների նկատմամբ՝ կրակոցներ արձակելով նրանց ուղղությամբ։

Մասնավորապես պարզվել է, որ Գորիսի 38-ամյա բնակիչը, քննությամբ դեռևս չպարզված հանգամանքներում ապօրինի կերպով ձեռք է բերել հրազեն հանդիսացող «AK-74» տեսակի ինքնաձիգ, ապօրինի կերպով պատրաստված «Մակարով» տեսակի ատրճանակ և ռազմամթերք հանդիսացող առնվազն 35՝ տարբեր տրամաչափի փամփուշտներ:

Դրանք, 2024թ. փետրվարի 2-ին իր ավտոմեքենայով փոխադրել է Գորիսի Երևանյան խճուղի-Խաղաղության փողոցների հատման խաչմերուկ, որտեղ ժամը 12:30-ի սահմաններում, շատերի կյանքի համար վտանգավոև եղանակով, առնվազն 4 դիմահար կրակոց է արձակել 40-ամյա տղամարդու եղբոր վարած՝ նշված հատվածով երթևեկող ՈւԱԶ մակնիշի մեքենայի ուղղությամբ։

Մեքենան վնասելուց հետո, տղամարդը մի քանի կրակոց էլ արձակել է դրա վարորդի՝ արդեն մեքենաներից դուրս եկած եղբայրների ուղղությամբ, ինչի արդյունքում նրանցից մեկին պատճառվել է ազդրի հրազենային վնասվածք։

Սակայն, հանցագործությունը 38-ամյա տղամարդու կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներով չի իրագործվել, քանի որ «Մակարով» տեսակի ատրճանակի փամփուշտները սպառվել են, իսկ մեքենայում ապօրինի պահված «AK-74» տեսակի ինքնաձիգը չի հասցրել գործադրել, քանի որ նրա ձեռքից այն խլել են, ինչից հետո վերջինս դիմել է փախուստի։

Նրա նկատմամբ հարուցվել է հանրային քրեական հետապնդում և հայտարարվել հետախուզում։

Կատարված քննչական, վարութային, ինչպես նաև օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներով ստացված տվյալների իրացման արդյունքում վերջինս 2024թ մարտի 14-ին հայտնաբերվել է, ներկայացվել վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին։

Գորիսի 38-ամյա բնակչին մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 44-155-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 7-րդ կետով (3 դրվագ) և 335-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով։ Միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարան՝ նրա նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց կալանքը վերահաստատելու վերաբերյալ, որը բավարարվել է և անձը կալանավորվել է։

Միջոցառումներ են ձեռնարկվում նաև 38-ամյա տղամարդու կողմից ապօրինի գործադրած զենքի ձեռքբերման աղբյուրն ու այլ հանգամանքներ պարզելու ուղղությամբ։
