Ասում են, թե գնում են ԵՄ, բայց ավելի շատ կախվում Ռուսաստանից

Հայտարարությունների մակարդակով դեպի եվրամիություն ձգտող Հայաստանն իրականում տնտեսական ավելի լուրջ կախվածության մեջ է հայտնվում հենց Ռուսաստանից և ԵԱՏՄ-ից։ Ֆինանսների նախարար Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը օրերս «ո՞րն է ֆինանսապես ավելի ձեռնտու՝ մնալ ԵԱՏՄ-ում, թե՝ գնալ ԵՄ» հարցին անկեղծորեն պատասխանել էր, թե այս պահին Հայաստանն ունի տարբեր, թե՛ ներմուծման, թե՛ արտահանման, թե՛ էներգետիկ ուղղություններով բավականին մեծ կախվածություն Ռուսաստանից և ԵԱՏՄ երկրներից։
«Կարծում եմ, ամեն դեպքում կախվածութունը մեկ կետից, որն էլ լինի դա, պետք է դիվերսիֆիկացնել, որպեսզի մեր սուվերենությունը բարձրացնենք, այս պայմաններում ԵԱՏՄ-ից դուրս գալու հնարավոր որոշումը կարող է ռիսկային լինել»,- ասել էր նախարարը։
Մինչ Հայաստանի տնտեսության համար պատասխանատու նախարարներից մեկը հայտնում է նման ռիսկերի մասին, գործող վարչախմբի ներկայացուցիչները հանրությանը փորձում են համոզել, թե դեպի արևմուտք վեկտորի փոփոխությունը Հայաստանին ձեռնտու է ոչ միայն քաղաքական, այլև՝ տնտեսական առումով։ Մինչդեռ 2024 թվականի հունվարի դրությամբ ըստ ազգային վիճակագրական կոմիտեի ՝ Հայստանի արտաքին առևտրի լոկոմոտիվը մնում է Ռուսաստանը։ 2021-2023 թվականներին առևտրաշրջանառությունը Ռուսաստանի հետ աճել է 3 անգամ, գրեթե 2,5 միլիարդ դոլարից հասնելով 7,5 միլիարդ դոլար։ Եվրամիության հետ առևտրաշրջանառությունը ևս աճ է գրանցել, սակայն Ռուսաստանի համեմատ չնչին, և ներկայումս Եվրոպայի բոլոր երկրների հետ առևտրաշրջանառությունը 3 անգամ զիջում է միայն Ռուսաստանի հետ առևտրի ծավալներին։ Իրավիճակը ոչնչով չի փոխվում նաև 2024 թվականին, միայն հունվարի տվյալներով՝ Ռուսաստանի հետ առևտրաշրջանառությունը կազմել է ավելի քան 861 միլիոն դոլար, ընդորում՝ Եվրամիությունը նույնիսկ երկրորդն էլ չէ, այլ ընդամենը 4-րդը՝ զիջելով Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրություններին և Չինաստանին։ Այս տվյալները վկայում են, որ ԵԱՏՄ-ն լքելու Հայաստանի իշխանությունների քայլերը տնտեսական կոլաբսի են ենթարկելու Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը։
