Ոսկեպարում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին շատ սառն են ընդունել․ Փաշինյանը վախեցրել է պատերազմով

«Ոսկեպարում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին շատ սառն են ընդունել, Փաշինյանը վախեցրել է պատերազմով։
Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը այսօր՝ մարտի 18-ին Ոսկեպարի մշակույթի տանը հանդիպում է ունեցել Ոսկեպարի, Բաղանիսի, Ոսկեվանի բնակիչների հետ։ Հանդիպմանը մասնակցել են փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանը, Տավուշի մարզպետ Հայկ Ղալումյանը, Նոյեմբերյան խոշոր համայնքի ղեկավար Արսեն Աղաբաբյանը, Ոսկեվանի, Ոսկեպարի, Բաղանիսի վարչական ղեկավարները։ Նախկինում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին Ոսկեպարում ջերմ էին ընդունում, այս անգամ Փաշինյանին ընդունել են շատ սառը, նույնիսկ՝ անբարյացակամ։ Երբ Փաշինյանը դահլիճ է մտել, ներկաներից կեսը ոտքի չի կանգնել։ Հանդիպման մասնակիցները հայտնեցին, որ երբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ցուցադրել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քարտեզի փոքր մակետը, ոսկեպարցիներից մեկը դժգոհել է՝ ասելով, որ այդ «ժեշտի կտորը». նորից է ցուցադրել։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է, որ Տավուշի սահմանագոտում նախկին ադրբեջանաբնակ 4 գյուղերի տարածքները պետք է հանձնվեն Ադրբեջանին, այլապես Ադրբեջանը պատարազմ է սկսելու։ Նրան հարցրել են, թե այդ 4 գյուղերի տարածքները հանձնելուց հետ ի՞նչ երաշխիք կա, որ դրանից հետո Ադրբեջանը նորից առաջխաղացում չի ունենալու սահմանում, կամ պատերազմ չի սկսելու, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ասել է, որ երաշխիքներ չկան, սակայն հույս կա, որ Ադրբեջանը այդպես չի վարվի։
Փաշինյանին ասել են, որ Հայաստանի 31 գյուղերի տարածքներ ներկայումս Ադրբեջանի զինուժի կողմից օկուպացվել են, ինչո՞ւ սահմանագծումն ու սահմանազատումը դրանցից չի սկսվում։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը այդ հարցին տրամաբանական պատասխան չի տվել։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը մասնավորապես հայտարարել է, որ այդ 4 գյուղերի պարագայում 3 տարբերակ կա՝ դրանք հանձնել, չհանձնել, Արբեջանի հետ պատերազմել վերջին դեպքում Թուրքիան պատերազմի մեջ կմտնի Ադրբեջանի կողմից։ Հանդիպման մասնակիցները կարծում են, որ Թուրքիայի անունը տալով՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը փորձել է ոսկեպարցիներին վախ ներշնչել, համոզել, որ 4 գյուղերը պետք է անպայման հանձնել: Ոսկեպարցիները մտահոգություն են հայտնել, որ 4 գյուղերի տարածքներն Ադրբեջանին հանձնելուց հետո Հայաստան-Վրաստան, Իջևան-Նոյեմբերյան երթևեկը խափանվելու է, վարչապետն ասել է, որ հարկ եղած դեպքում Ոսկեպարում ավտոմոբիլային թունել կփորվի, կառուցվելու է Ենոքավան-Ջուջևան սարերով ձգվող ճանապարհը։
Ոսկեպարի բնակիչ Ռոբերտ Մելիքյանն ասել է, որ անցած շաբաթ ինքը Ոսկեպարում հանդիպել է ՊՆ Սուրեն Պապիկյանին, վերջինս իրեն ասել է, որ իրենք այդ 4 գյուղերի տարածքները չեն հանձնելու, քանի դեռ Ադրբեջանը պահում է Բերքաբեր գյուղից ավելի քան 700 հեկտար ևայլ հողեր։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ի պատասխան հայտարարել է, որ թող Սուրեն Պապիկյանն իր գործով զբաղվի»։
