Տղամարդը դանակի բռնակով հարվածներ է հասցրել կնոջ գլխին, իսկ նախին կնոջը սպառնացել՝ սպանել

Խաչիկ Կ․-ն 2023 թվականի մարտի 13-ին՝ ժամը 02:00-ի սահմաններում, իրենց բնակարանում հարվածներ է հասցրել իր կնոջը, ինչպես նաև 2023 թվականի հունիսի 3-ին իր նախկին կնոջ հասցեին հնչեցրել է սպառնալիքներ։
Այս մասին հայտնում է Iravaban.net-ը՝ «Դատալեքս» դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգին հղումով։
Տղամարդը խանդի շարժառիթով վիճաբանել է իր կնոջ հետ, որի ընթացքում խոհանոցային դանակի բռնակով մի քանի անգամ հարվածել է վերջինիս գլխին և ոտքերով հարվածներ է հասցրել որովայնի հատվածին։
Բացի այդ՝ Խաչիկ Կ․-ն զանգահարել է նախկին կնոջը և վերջինիս հասցեին հնչեցրել է սպանության սպառնալիքներ, մասնավորապես՝ «վիզդ կկտրեմ», ինչն իրականացնելու իրական վտանգ է եղել՝ հաշվի առնելով նախկինում դրսևորած վարքագիծը։
Գործը դատարան է ընդունվել 2024 թվականի փետրվարի 28-ին և մակագրվել Երևան քաղաքի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության քրեական դատարանի դատավոր Գնել Գասպարյանին։
Նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 195-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 6-րդ կետի (Հարվածներ հասցնելը կամ բռնի այլ գործողություններ կատարելը՝ մերձավոր ազգականի կողմից) հատկանիշներով և 194-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասին 4-րդ կետի (Սպանության, առողջությանը վնաս պատճառելու, խոշտանգման, սեռական ազատության կամ անձեռնմխելիության դեմ ուղղված հանցանք կատարելու, առևանգելու, ազատությունից ապօրինի զրկելու կամ խոշոր կամ առանձնապես խոշոր չափի գույք ոչնչացնելու սպառնալիքը, եթե այդ սպառնալիքն իրականացնելու իրական վտանգ է եղել, ինչպես նաև սոցիալական մեկուսացումը կամ պարբերաբար պատիվն ու արժանապատվությունը նվաստացնելը՝ մերձավոր ազգականի կողմից) հատկանիշներով։
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
