Հայաստանն Իրանի վստահելի ու կանխատեսելի գործընկերն է. իրանագետ

Պատժամիջոցների չեղարկումը նոր հնարավորություններ է ստեղծում Հայաստանի համար: «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսին այս մասին նշեց իրանագետ Վարդան Ոսկանյանը: Նրա խոսքով, պատժամիջոցների չեղարկմամբ Մերձավոր Արևելքում իրանական ազդեցությունը մեծանալու է, իսկ Մերձավոր Արևելքի տարածաշրջանին անմիջականորեն հարում է Հարավային Կովկասը: Այն Իրանի տարածաշրջանային քաղաքականության մեջ ունի երկրորդ նշանակությունը:
«Հարավային Կովկասում էլ գտնվում ենք մենք` Հայաստանը: Մեր երկիրը Իրանի հետ պահպանել է բարեկամական հարաբերություններ: Հայաստանն, այս պատժամիջոցների առկայության ընթացքում, չի մասնակցել որևէ հակաիրանական գործողության, որևէ միջազգային ատյանում Իրանի դեմ ներկայացված օրինագծին կողմ չի քվեարկել: Մենք եղել ենք Իրանի վստահելի ու կանխատեսելի գործընկերը»,-ասաց Վարդան Ոսկանյանը:
Նա հիշեցրեց, որ իրանցիները, Վիեննայում կայացած համաձայնությունից հետո, առաջինը սկսեցին աշխատել Հայաստանի ուղղությամբ: Եղան երկու երկրների պատվիրակությունների այցեր, Իրանի փոխնախագահն այցելեց Հայաստան:
«Երբեք պետք չէ սպասել հրաշքի, արդյունքի համար երկարատև աշխատանք է պահանջվում, այդ թվում Իրանի հետ հարաբերություններում: Իրանի հետ համագործակցության դաշտը պետք է բաժանել մի քանի ոլորտների: Դա նախ և առաջ էներգետիկ համագործակցությունն է` երկու բաղադրիչներով: Մասնավորապես, էլեկտրաէներգիայի, գազի ոլորտները, որոնք ներառում են ՀԷԿ-ի կառուցման, Վրաստանին գազով մատակարարելու, բարձրավոլտ էլեկտրացանցի նախագծերը և այլն»,-ասաց Վարդան Ոսկանյանը:
Հաջորդը` ճանապարհային հաղորդակցության ոլորտն է: Իրանագետի խոսքով, մենք ունենք Իրանը Սև ծովին կապելու լավագույն հնարավորությունը: «Դա նախ և առաջ «Հյուսիս-Հարավ» նախագծի միջոցով, որի աշխատանքները պետք է հնարավորինս արագացնել: Դրա յուրաքանչյուր օրվա ձգձգում վնասում է Հայաստանին նոր զարգացումների համատեքստում»,-ավելացրեց փորձագետը:
Իրանագետի համար, վերը նշվածից բացի, ոչ պակաս կարևոր է ներդրումների ոլորտը: Մասնավորապես, հնարավորություններ կան իրանական ապրանքը «Ստեղծված է Հայաստանում» կամ «Մակնշված է Հայաստանում» պիտակով արտահանել ԵԱՏՄ, եվրոպական երկրներ: Երկու ուղղություններով էլ Հայաստանն ունի արտոնյալ ռեժիմներ: Վարդան Ոսկանյանի կարծիքով, անհրաժեշտ է նաև զարգացնել զբոսաշրջությունը իրանական ուղղությամբ: Բազմաթիվ իրանցիներ հետաքրքրված են Հայաստանով:
