Լսվել են կրակոցներ, պայթուցիկ են նետել․ սպանության փորձ Երևանում

2024 թվականի մարտի 15-ին՝ ժամը 00:18-ի սահմաններում, ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանություն քաղաքացիներից ահազանգեր են ստացվել առ այն, որ Երևան քաղաքի Ֆուչիկի փողոցում լսվել են կրակոցներ, պայթուցիկ են նետել, վիրավոր քաղաքացի կա։ Նաև՝ անհայտ քաղաքացուց հաղորդում է ստացվել այն մասին, որ Աշտարակի խճուղում հրազենային վնասվածքով քաղաքացի կա։ Հայտնել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն։
Ավելի ուշ «Արմենիա» ՀԲԿ-ից հաղորդում է ստացվել, որ Աշտարակի խճուղուց բեկորային վնասվածքներով շտապօգնության խումբը «պոլիտրավմա» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխել 1995թ. ծնված, Արարատի մարզի մի բնակչի։ Նաև՝ «Հերացի թիվ 1 համալսարանական» ԲԿ-ից տեղեկություն է ստացվել այն մասին, որ Ֆուչիկի փողոցից հրազենային վնասվածքով շտապօգնության խումբը ձախ սրունքի հրազենային վիրավորում ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխել 1986թ. ծնված, Երևան քաղաքի բնակիչ տղամարդու։
Նշված հաղորդումների հիման վրա ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Աջափնյակ և Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 44-155-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 7-րդ և 8-րդ կետերով (երկու դրվագ), 297-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով և 335-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։ Ձևավորվել է քննչական խումբ և կատարվում է նախաքննություն:
Դեպքի վայրի՝ Երևան քաղաքի Ֆուչիկի 1-ին նրբանցքի 11-րդ և 13-րդ շենքերի միջնամասում գտնվող ճանապարհի երթևեկելի հատվածի զննությամբ տարբեր տեղերից հայտնաբերվել են բազմաթիվ արնանման հետքեր, պայթեցված նռնակի մետաղական դետալներ, կրակված տարբեր փամփուշտների բազմաթիվ պարկուճներ: Հայտնաբերվել է նաև դիմակ և այլ իրեր: Վերցվել են դեպքի վայրում առկա տեսանկարահանող սարքերի հիշողության կրիչները: Նշանակվել են մի շարք փորձաքննություններ:
Ձեռնարկված քննչական և օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում ստացվել են դեպքին և դրան մասնակից անձանց վերաբերյալ տվյալներ, որոնք քննությամբ ստուգվում են:
Հաշվի առնելով դեպքի առանձնահատկությունները՝ քրեական վարույթը, հետագա նախաքննությունն իրականացնելու նպատակով, փոխանցվել է ՀՀ ՔԿ Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության ծանր հանցագործությունների քննության բաժնին։
Իրականացվում են անհետաձգելի քննչական, վարութային գործողություններ, ինչպես նաև՝ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի հանգամանքները լիարժեք պարզելու, միջադեպին մասնակից բոլոր անձանց ինքնությունները պարզելու, բոլորին վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացնելու, նրանց գործողություններն անհատականացնելու և իրավական գնահատականների արժանացնելու ուղղությամբ։
