Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների համար Եվրամիության վիզաների ազատականացման հարցով հետընթաց է արձանագրվել։ Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, Ազգային ժողովի Եվրոպական ինտեգրման հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նիստում այս մասին ասաց Արտաքին գործերի նախարարի տեղակալ Պարույր Հովհաննիսյանը։
«Ափսոսանքով նշեմ, որ կա մեկ ոլորտ, որտեղ դեռևս չենք հասել մեր ուզած արդյունքին։ Եթե ԵՄ հետ աշխատանքները աննախադեպ ինտենսիվ են և բոլոր ուղղություններով առաջընթաց կա, ապա մեկ հարց կա, որտեղ թե՛ ԵՄ-ի հետ, թե՛ անդամ երկրների հետ մեր հարաբերություններում իրավիճակը շատ հեռու է դրականից, այն է ՝ մուտքի արտոնագրերի հարցը։ Այստեղ աշխատանքներ էին տարվել բոլոր մակարդակներով, սակայն չեմ կարող ասել, որ կա առաջընթաց, հակառակը՝ հետընթաց է արձանագրվել։ Անգամ «Erasmus»-ի ծրագրով ԵՄ մեկնող ուսանողները, որոնց դեպքում չպետք է լինի որևէ դժվարություն, ունեն խնդիրներ, որոշ պաշտոնյաների դեպքում ևս եղել են խնդիրներ»,- նշեց Հովհաննիսյանը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ ԱԳՆ-ն բազմաթիվ բողոքներ է ստացել քաղաքացիներից նույնիսկ այն դեպքերում, որտեղ բարդ էր պատկերացնել, որ կլինեն դժվարություններ։
«Կրկին փորձում ենք ակտիվացնել մեր աշխատանքները և մեծ հույս ունենք, որ մինչև եվրոպական ընտրություններն՝ այս տարի կունենանք առաջընթաց այս հարցում։ Ընդ որում, աշխատում ենք երկու ուղղություններով՝ և վիզաների ազատականացման ուղղությամբ, և արդեն գործող պայմանագրի վերականգման ուղղությամբ, որովհետև կորոնավիրուսային համավարակից հետո այդ պայմանագիրը չվերականգնվեց թե՛ հերթերի, թե՛ գնային առումով։ Վստահեցնում եմ ձեզ, որ ԱԳՆ-ն երբևիցե այս հարցով այդքան ջանքեր չի ներդրել, ինչքան անցած տարի և այս տարվա սկզբին։ Լիահույս եմ, որ մոտ ամիսների ընթացքում կունենանք առաջընթաց»,- եզրափակեց Հովհաննիսյանը։
