Վրաստանում մնալու կանոնների առնվազն 17.000 խախտում է արձանագրվել

2022-2023 թվականներին առնվազն 17.394 անձ խախտել է օտարերկրացիների և քաղաքացիություն չունեցող անձանց Վրաստանում գտնվելու, ինչպես նաև Վրաստանի տարածքով տարանցման կանոնները։
Այդ տվյալներով՝ 2022 թվականին Վրաստանում մնալու և տարանցիկ ճանապարհորդելու կանոնը խախտել է 7937 անձ, իսկ 2023 թվականի նախնական տվյալներով՝ այս թիվը կազմել է 9457։
Բացի այդ, Վարչական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ օրենսգրքի 191-րդ հոդվածի առաջին պարբերությամբ նախատեսված 180 լարի տուգանք է նշանակվել 6250 անձի. այս կետով տուգանվում է Վրաստանի տարածքում գտնվող օտարերկրացին կամ քաղաքացիություն չունեցող անձը, որի Վրաստանի տարածքում օրինական գտնվելու օրվանից անցել է մինչև 3 ամիս: Իսկ 360 լարի տուգանքը, որ սահմանվում է այն անձանց համար, որոնք Վրաստանում օրինական գտնվելու ժամկետի լրանալուց հետո երկրում մնացել են ավելի քան 3 ամիս, երկու տարվա ընթացքում նշանակվել է 11 հազար 144 անձի, որից 5792-ը՝ միայն 2023 թվականին:
Միգրացիայի հարցերով կառավարական հանձնաժողովի կայքում կարդում ենք, որ Վրաստանում օրինական գտնվելու ժամկետը լրացած և երկիրը ինքնակամ լքած օտարերկրացին պարտավոր է վճարել Վրաստանի օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված տուգանքը Վրաստանից մեկնելուց առաջ կամ հետո: Տուգանքը չվճարելու դեպքում օտարերկրացուն վրացական վիզա չի տրվի, և մինչև նշված տուգանքը չվճարի, նրա մուտքը Վրաստան կարգելվի։ Հարկադրաբար արտաքսված օտարերկրացուն՝ տուգանքի հետ մեկտեղ, 2-ից 5 տարի ժամկետով կարգելվի մուտք գործել Վրաստան։
