Արևմուտքը շոյում է Հայաստանին, բիզնես անում՝ Ադրբեջանի հետ
ANALYSIS
Եվրախորհրդարանը ընդունել է եվրամիությանն անդամակցելու Հայաստանի հնարավորությունը դիտարկելու բանաձևը։ Կողմ են քվեարկել 504 պատգամավոր, դեմ՝ 4-ը, ևս 32-ը ձեռնպահ են։ Եվրախորհրդարանի խմբակցութունների համատեղ բանաձևի նախագծում նշվում է, որ եթե Հայաստանը շահագրգռված լինի թեկնածուի կարգավիճակ ստանալու համար և շարունակի ժողովրդավարությունն ամրապնդող կայուն բարեփոխումների ուղին, դա կարող է հիմք հանդիսանալ ԵՄ-Հայաստան հարաբերություններում փոխակերպման փուլի համար։
Պատգամավորները եվրամիության գործող իշխանութուններին, եվրահանձնաժողովին և Եվրոպայի խորհրդին կոչ են անում ակտիվորեն աջակցել Հայաստանին ԵՄ-ի հետ համագործակցության ընդլայնման գործում։ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները Եվրախորհրդարանի ընդունած այս բանաձևը փորձելու են ներկայացնել որպես իրենց դիվանագիտական լրջագույն հաջողություն, մինչդեռ, ըստ էության, Եվրախորհրդարանի բանաձևը ընդամենը խորհրդատվական բնույթի,պարտադիր կատարման ուժ չունեցող փաստաթուղթ է, որն առավելագույնը կարող է շոյել հայկական կողմի ականջները, մյուս կողմից Եվրամիությունը չափազանց ակտիվորեն համագործակցում է Ադրբեջանի հետ էներգետիկ առումով՝ գազ գնելով և ահռելի գումարներ փոխանցելով Ադրբեջանի բյուջե։
Ընդհանուր առմամբ այս բանաձևը տեղավորվում է Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքականությունը փոխելու, Ռուսաստանի ազդեցությունից դուրս բերելու քաղաքականության մեջ և այդ ճանապարհին Արևմուտքն ընդամենը սիլի-բիլիներ է անում հայկական իշխանությունների հետ, հայ հանրությանն էլ փորձում ցուցադրեկ իր ջերմ վերաբերմունքը։ Եթե փաստաթուղթը խորհրդատվական չլիներ, այլ՝ պարտադիր կատարման ուժ ունենար, վստահ եղեք այն նույն «օպերատիվությամբ ու մեծամասնությամբ չէր ընդունվի։
