Արշակ Կարապետյանը, գտնվելով գործուղման մեջ Դուբայում, ֆիզիկապես չէր կարող որևէ կերպ մասնակցել զորքերի կառավարմանը

Ստախոսությունը դարձել է Հայաստանի վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի այցեքարտը։ «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Արշակ Կարապետյանի դեմ Փաշինյանի իրականացրած հակաքարոզչությունը, դուրս է գալիս բարոյականության և մարդկային բոլոր սահմաններից։

Նախօրեին տեղի ունեցած ասուլիսի ժամանակ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել էր, թե Արշակ Կարապետյանին հեռացրել է 2021 թվականի նոյեմբերի 14-ի դեպքերի համար։ Փաշինյանը նշել էր, թե Կարապետյանն այդ օրը առավոտյան զեկուցել է իրեն, որ սահմանին ամեն ինչ նորմալ է, սակայն պարզվել է, որ ադրբեջանցիները ներխուժել են Հայաստանի տարածք։

Ի պատասխան տեսաուղերձով հանդես է եկել Արշակ Կարապետյանը, մանրամասն հերքել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայտարարությունները, նշել, որ այդ օրը գտնվել է գործուղման մեջ Դուբայում և չէր կարող ֆիզիկապես ներկա լինել և զեկուցել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին։ Կարապետյանը նաև նշել էր, թե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նման հայտարարություններ անում է, քանի որ վախեցած է, հասկանում է, որ ուր որ է կորցնելու է իշխանությունը և պատասխան է տալու հայ ժողովրդի և հայոց պատմության առջև։ Փաշինյանը Փաշինյան չէր լինի, եթե ևս մեկ փորձ չձեռնարկեր անվանարկելու ընդդիմադիր առաջնորդին։ Նա ոչ ավել, ոչ պակաս «Տիկ տոկի» իր էջում տեսանյութ էր հրապարակել հենց 2021 թվականի նոյեմբերի 14-ին Արշակ Կարապետյանի հետ նամակագրությունից, որտեղ Արշակ Կարապետյանը ձայնային հաղորդագրություն է թողել և նշել, որ ամեն ինչ նորմալ է։ Այս կերպ Փաշինյանը փորձել էր տպավորություն ստեղծել, թե իբր Կարապետյանը տեղյակ է եղել ադրբեջանական ներխուժումից, սակայն ոչինչ չի ձեռնարկել կամ էլ՝ անտեղյակ է եղել կատարվածից:

Ինչևէ, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի «հզոր զենքը» գուցե արդյունավետ լիներ, թեկուզ կարճաժամկետ, եթե նրա կեղծ հայտարարությունները հնարավոր չլիներ հերքել. Հայաստանի անվտանգության խորհրդի կայքում կա խորհրդի նիստի այդ օրվա արձանագրությունը, որում նշվում է, որ ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի ստորաբաժանումները զրահատեխնիկայի աջակցությամբ ներխուժել են Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածք նոյեմբերի 14-ին ժամը 13-ի սահմաններում։ Նշենք, որ Փաշինյանի տարածած տեսանյութում երևում է, որ Արշակ Կարապետյանը նրան ձայնային հաղորդագրություն թողել է առավոտյան 09։38-ին։

Փաստացի, միայն երեք ժամ անց տեղի է ունեցել ադրբեջանցիների ներխուժումը, իսկ Արշակ Կարապետյանը գտնվելով գործուղման մեջ Դուբայում, չէր կարող որևէ կերպ մասնակցել զորքերի կառավարմանը։ Հենց այդ պահին չափազանց կարևոր հանդիպման էր եղել և նման դեպքերում պաշտպանության նախարարությունը ղեկավարում է այն տեղակալը, որը փոխարինում է նախարարին։

Փաստացի, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայտարարությունները հերքվում են հենց Հայաստանի պետական գերատեսչությունների պաշտոնական հաղորդագրություններով, իսկ կեղտոտ մանիպուլացիաների այն քայլերը, որոնք իրականացնում է Փաշինյանը, վկայում են առաջին հերթին նրա վախերի մասին։

Մեզ հասած տեղեկություններով Փաշինյանական թևը և նրա հետ որևէ կերպ առընչված անձինք այսօր ստուգում են իրենց նամակագրությունը նրա հետ, հասկանալու համար արդյոք վաղը կդառնան հերթական «արտահոսքի» թիրախ, թե՝ ոչ։
