ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ' ուրիշի անձնագրով տարաժամկետ վճարման կարգով բջջային հեռախոս ձեռք բերելու և խարդախությամբ դրան տիրանալու դեպքի առթիվ:

2015 թվականի մայիսի 19-ին Երևանի բնակիչ Մ.Հակոբյանը հաղորդում է ներկայացրել ոստիկանության բաժին, որ տարիներ առաջ կորցրած իր անձնագրով անհայտ անձը կատարել է գործարք։ Մասնավորապես՝ անձը անձնագրում փոխել է լուսանկարը՝ փակցնելով իրենը, և բջջային օպերատորներից մեկի խանութից ձեռք է բերել նոր բջջային հեռախոս' տարաժամկետ վճարման կարգով, սակայն վճարումները չի կատարել։ Մ.Հակոբյանը նշված գործարքի մասին տեղեկացել է, երբ ընկերությունը վճարումները չկատարելու համար դիմել է դատարան, և ինքը դատարանից ծանուցագիր է ստացել:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ' ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 178-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (խարդախությունը՝ խաբեության կամ վստահությունը չարաշահելու եղանակով ուրիշի գույքի զգալի չափերով հափշտակությունը կամ ուրիշի գույքի նկատմամբ իրավունք ձեռք բերելը):

Նախաքննության ընթացքում վարույթն իրականացնող մարմինն ընկերությունից ստացել է անհայտ քաղաքացու կողմից ներկայացված Մ.Հակոբյանի անձնագրի պատճենը, որտեղ փակցված է եղել այլ լուսանկար, որը ներկայացվում է կից։

Քրեական գործով բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ նախաքննության իրականացումն ապահովելու համար միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ լուսանկարում պատկերված անձին հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։

Ովքեր ճանաչում են նկարում պատկերված անձին կամ որևէ տեղեկություն ունեն նրա ինքնության կամ գտնվելու վայրի մասին, խնդրում ենք հայտնել ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին կամ Ոստիկանության մոտակա բաժին:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով' դատարանի' օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
