Приказа о запрете огня нет. Об этом заявил министр обороны РА Сурен Папикян в коридоре НС, отвечая на вопрос журналиста, есть ли приказ не стрелять на границе.
 
На другой вопрос, готовится ли армянская сторона вывести войска из 4 сел Тавушской области, Папикян ответил:
 
"Вооруженные силы продолжают осуществлять свою деятельность".
