Երեկ ասուլիսի ժամանակ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարեց՝ «Չեմ բացառել և չեմ բացառում, որ դելիմիտացիայի գործընթացը կարող է սկսվել Տավուշի մարզից»:
Ավելի վաղ Փաշինյանը հայտնել էր, որ Ադրբեջանն առաջնահերթ պահանջում է հանձնել իրեն Տավուշի մարզի չորս գյուղերը՝ Բաղանիս-Այրում, Ներքին Ոսկեպար, Խեյրիմլի և Կըզըլ Հաջիլի:
Բնական է, որ «անկլավների» հանձնումը մեծ ռիսկեր է պարունակում և կարող է անդառնալի հետևանքներ ունենալ: Հայաստանն ինքն իր ձեռքով «ականապատում» է իր իսկ տարածքները, և Ադրբեջանը, փաստացի, բլոկադայի է ենթարկում դեպի Վրաստան տանող գլխավոր մայրուղին:
Նոյեմբերյան համայնքի Ոսկեպար բնակավայրի վարչական ղեկավար Իշխան Աղբալյանից փորձեցինք ճշտել՝ գյուղում ինչ տրամադրություն է վարչապետի երեկվա հայտարարություններից հետո: Պարզվեց՝ Աղբալյանը Փաշինյանի ասուլիսին չի հասցրել հետևել.
«Օրը նոր է լուսանում, Դուք հարցնում եք՝ մարդիկ խուճապի մեջ ե՞ն: Ամեն մարդ իր գործով է զբաղված, ես ի՞նչ կարող եմ ասել»:
Մեր դիտարկմանը, թե՝ խոսակցությունները նոր չեն, գյուղերը հանձնելու մտադրություն դեռ վաղուց կար, Աղբալյանն արձագանքեց.
«Սուտ խոսակցություններ են, այսպես եղել է, այսպես էլ գնալու է, ի՞նչ փոխվել, ի՞նչ բան: Որ ասածն են անմիջապես արել, որ հիմա դուք խառնվել եք իրար: Ամեն լրագրող տեղից վեր է կենում, մի բան գրում, ժողովրդին խուճապի մեջ գցում, որ ի՞նչ: Մարդիկ իրենց համար սովորական ապրում են»:
Հակադարձեցինք, որ այս անգամ վարչապետի կողմից է կոնկրետ հայտարարություն եղել ասուլիսի ժամանակ, լրագրողներն ի՞նչ կապ ունեն.
«Ես ավագանու նիստի եմ եղել, ոչ մի բան չեմ լսել, նոր հիմա նստած՝ ուզում եմ կարդալ: Միայն կարող եմ ասել, որ գյուղում ոչ մի անգամ խուճապ չի եղել, հիմա էլ չկա»,- 1or.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Աղբալյանը:
