Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը մամուլի ասուլիս է հրավիրել և պատասխանում է լրատվամիջոցների հարցերին: 

Լրագրողներից մեկը հարց հնչեցրեց, թե վերջին ռազմագերին Ադրբեջանին հանձնելուց հետո ինչու՞ գեթ մեկ հայ ռազմագերի չվերադարձավ հայրենիք:

«Շատ վաղուցվանից Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Ադրբեջանի միջև գոյություն է ունեցել և, ըստ էության, շարունակում է գոյություն ունենալ մի պայմանավորվածություն, որ այն զինվորները, ովքեր մոլորվելով հայտնվում են հակառակ կողմում, կարճ ժամանակ անց վերադարձվում են: Այս պամանավորվածությունը մի իքս պահից, եթե չեմ սխալվում՝ 18 թվականից առաջ, խախտվել է: Ավելի ճիշտ՝ ոչ թե պայմանավորվածությունն է խախտվել, այլ ընկալումը: Եթե զինծառայողները կամ անձինք, ովքեր կամ դիտավորյալ են խախտել, կամ թեկուզ մոլորվելու ընթացքում գործել են ինչ-որ արարքներ, որոնք տեղավորվում են քրեական օրենսգրքի տրամաբանության մեջ, հասկանալիորեն կա բարդություն այդ խնդիրները լուծելու համար:

Կարևոր է՝ անձը անցել է դիտավորյա՞լ, թե շփոթությամբ, և արդյոք ՀՀ սահման անցնելուց հետո կամ մինչ այդ այլ արարքներ գործե՞լ է, որոնք ենթակա են որակման ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքով: Երբ պարզվել է, որ ոչ, ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի որևէ հոդվածով մեղադրելու հիմք չկա, ապա պետք է գործել ըստ պայմանավորվածության»,- լրագրողի հարցին ի պատասխան՝ նշեց Փաշինյանը:
