ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարը հայտարարել է տարածաշրջանից դուրս խաղաղապահ առաքելություններն ընդլայնելու մտադրության մասին

Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպությունը (ՀԱՊԿ) նպատակ ունի ընդլայնել մասնակցությունը խաղաղապահ նախաձեռնություններին իր պատասխանատվության շրջանակից դուրս։
Այս մասին ՏԱՍՍ-ին տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղար Իմանգալի Թասմագամբետովը։
«Կազմակերպությունն ավանդաբար հատուկ ուշադրություն է դարձնում խաղաղապահ ուղու վրա: Հիշեցնեմ, որ ՀԱՊԿ խաղաղապահ ուժերը հաջողությամբ դրսևորեցին իրենց 2022 թվականի հունվարին (Ղազախստանում իրավիճակի կայունացման ժամանակ): Այնուամենայնիվ, ՀԱՊԿ-ը նպատակ ունի ընդլայնել մասնակցությունը խաղաղապահ նախաձեռնություններ՝ կազմակերպության պատասխանատվության շրջանակից դուրս»,- ասել է նա։
Թասմագամբետովը, մասնավորապես, ընդգծել է, որ խաղաղապահ ուղու ընդլայնումն անհնար է առանց միջազգային հեղինակավոր կազմակերպությունների հետ սերտ համագործակցության, ինչպիսին ՄԱԿ-ն է։
«Այս պահին ակտիվորեն ձևավորվում են վարչական, իրավական և կազմակերպչական պայմաններ՝ ՀԱՊԿ-ի հավաքական խաղաղապահ ներուժը ՄԱԿ-ի խաղաղապահ գործունեության մեջ ինտեգրելու համար: Եվ մենք նախատեսում ենք ընդլայնել փոխգործակցության ձևաչափերը»,- հավելել է նա:
Գլխավոր քարտուղարի խոսքով, այս ոլորտում ՄԱԿ-ի հետ հարաբերությունների ընդլայնմանն ուղղված կարևոր քայլ է եղել «համակարգող պետության» ինստիտուտի ներդրումը, որը իրավասու է հանդես գալ ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկրների անունից համաշխարհային կազմակերպության քարտուղարության հետ շփումներում։ .
Թասմագամբետովը հիշեցրել է, որ 2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերին Մոսկվայում ՀԱՊԿ երկրների ներկայացուցիչները հանդիպում են անցկացրել ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր ասամբլեայի 78-րդ նստաշրջանի օրակարգում, որտեղ քննարկվել են կազմակերպության ներուժը ՄԱԿ-ի խաղաղապահ գործունեության հետ կապելու հեռանկարները, այնուհետև կողմերը նշել են խաղաղության պահպանման գլոբալ ջանքերում ՀԱՊԿ արդյունավետ մասնակցության կարևորությունը։
