ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրել է․

«Արեւմտյան դեմոքրսիի լայն ապտակը Նիկոլին

Եւ այսպես, «ժողովրդավարության փարոս», «ժողովրդավարության բաստիոն», «ժողովրդավարության ալֆա եւ օմեգա» Հայաստանի մռթին մի ծանր քացի իջավ։


Նիկոլը, ով «ժողովրդավարություն» բառը սարքել էլ «Օլվեյս» տամպոն ու ուր ասես մտցնում էր՝ բրիտանական The Economist-ի «ժողովրդավարության ինդեքսով» մի աննախադեպ աքացի ստացավ արեւմտյան իր «սաբուտիլնիկներից»։

Եւ ուրեմն, ըստThe Economist-ի՝ Democracy index-ով, ժողովրդավարության տարածաշրջանային Օսկարակիր նիկոլական Հայաստանը կրկին նահանջել է եւս 2 դիրքով՝ հիբրիդային ժողովրդավարության սանդղակում զբաղեցնելով ընդամենը 84-րդ հորիզինականը։
Որ լրիվ պատկերացնեք նիկոլական դեմոքրսիի ողջ հմայքը, նշեմ, որ ըստ պարբերականի՝ Հայաստանից ավելի ժողովրդավար են, (էստեղ մի հատ տուշ՝ ապագա կա-կա-կա), Բանգլադեշը, Մալավին, Զամբիան, Սենեգալը, Շրի Լանկան եւ նույնիսկ Պապուա Նոր Գվինեան, որտեղ կուրու ցեղախմբի հաննիբալները մեկումեջ դեռ մարդ են ուտում։

Դեմոքրսի Հայաստանի իշխանական ցեղախումբը, ճիշտ է, դեռ մարդ չի ուտում, ընդամենը ամեն ինչ անում է, որ ուղիղ եթերում իրենց ընդդիմախոս Արմեն Գրիգորյանը մահանա, իսկ մյուս Արմենին, Աշոտյան, «за принцип» 9 ամիս պահում է բերդում։

Էնպես որ, առաջարկում եմ փորձի փոխանակման ծրագրով ՀՀ պատվիրակությանը գործուղել Պապուա Նոր Գվինեա՝ կուրու ցեղախմբի մոտ, իսկ մարդակեր կուրուցիներին բերել Հայաստան, սովորեցնելու՝ «ինչպես սպանել մարդուն՝ առանց ուտելու»։

Հա, The Economist-ի տվյալներով, հանրության աջակցությունը Փաշինյանին եւ նրա կառավարությանը ենթարկվել է կատարյալ կոլապսի։

Ու էս լավատեսական նոտայի վրա էլ հիշենք ընդամենը վերջերս՝ FREEDOM HOUSE-ի զեկույցը, որտեղ ընթեռնելի գրված էր, որ դատական ատյանները ախտահարված են կոռուպցիայով, իսկ դատական գործերում համակարգված քաղաքական ազդեցություն կա։
Ամփոփելով The Economist-ի վերլուծությունը, հասկանում ես, որ մարդ ուտելը երբեմն ավելի ժողովրդավար է, քան Հայաստանի իշխանություն լինելը։
