Իսպանացի պատգամավոր Ջոն Ինյարիտուն կարծում է, որ միջազգային հանրությունը պետք է նպատակաուղղված պատժամիջոցներ կամ այլ պատիժներ սահմանի այն անձանց կամ կազմակերպությունների նկատմամբ, ովքեր պատասխանատու են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայկական պատմամշակութային ժառանգության ոչնչացման և ապագա խախտումները կանխելու համար։

«Ըստ երևույթին, սա այն գիծն է, որն առաջարկվում է Եվրախորհրդարանի կողմից։ Այդուհանդերձ, ես այդքան էլ լավատես չեմ այս հարցում՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ Ալիևի ռեժիմը 2020-2023 թվականներին կազմակերպել է ԼՂ-ի ամբողջ բնակչության էթնիկ զտում, սակայն պատժամիջոցներ չեն ընդունվել»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի թղթակցի հարցին ի պատասխան՝ ափսոսանք հայտնեց իսպանացի պատգամավորը:

Անդրադառնալով միջազգային հանրությունից ակնկալվող հստակ քայլերին՝ պատգամավորը շեշտեց, որ Ադրբեջանի կողմից իրականացվող խախտումներին և վանդալիզմին վերջ դնելը պահանջում է բազմակողմանի մոտեցում՝ ներգրավելով ինչպես դիվանագիտական ու իրավական, այնպես էլ մշակութային ջանքեր:

«Թեև միջազգային հանրությունը դիվանագիտական երկխոսության մեջ է Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի հետ՝ ձգտելով հասնել վերջնական խաղաղության, այդուհանդերձ, առանց հենց Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում՝ գետնի վրա իրավիճակը վերահսկող անկախ միջազգային մոնիտորինգի մեխանիզմների, անհնար կլինի պաշտպանել տեղի հայկական ժառանգությունը»,- ընդգծեց պատգամավորը։

Ջոն Ինյարիտուի կարծիքով՝ հայկական կողմը ևս այստեղ անելիքներ ունի, և անհրաժեշտ է, որ օգտագործի բոլոր օրինական միջազգային հարթակները և ինստիտուտները՝ ինչպիսիք են ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ն և Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանը, որոնք պետք է պատասխանատվության ենթարկեն Ադրբեջանին մշակութային այս նոր ոչնչացման համար։

«Քաղաքացիական հասարակությունը պետք է խրախուսի մշակութային կրթության և իրազեկման ծրագրերը ինչպես Հայաստանում, այնպես էլ միջազգային մակարդակով: Լրատվամիջոցների, հանրային իրազեկման քարոզարշավների միջոցով պետք է բարձրացնել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում հայկական մշակութային ժառանգության պահպանման կարևորության մասին իրազեկվածությունը»,- հավելեց պատգամավորը։

2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ամբողջական օկուպացիայից հետո Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները շարունակում են ոչնչացնել և վանդալիզմի ենթարկել հազարավոր տարիների հայկական պատմամշակութային ժառանգությունը։ Ադրբեջանցի զինվորները պղծում և ոչնչացնում են ինչպես հայկական հուշարձաններն, այնպես էլ գերեզմանատները։
