Բանակցային գործընթացի փուլում բազմաթիվ անգամներ ականատես ենք եղել, երբ մեր որոշ գործընկերներ գնահատականներ են հնչեցրել, որը կամ կիսատ է եղել, կամ չի համապատասխանել իրականությանը, կամ իր մեջ պարունակել է ապակառուցողական տարր։ Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում, անդրադառնալով Տավուշի 4 գյուղերը «անհապաղ ազատելու» Ադրբեջանի պահանջին, ասաց իշխանական պատգամավոր Վաղարշակ Հակոբյանը։
«Այդ իսկ պատճառով կխնդրեմ սպասենք իրավիճակի ամբողջական ներկայացմանը։ Այն, որ ՀՀ-ն ու Ադրբեջանը պետք է իրականացնեն սահանագծման ու սահմանազատման գործողություն, անվիճարկելի է, այն, որ մենք գնում ենք այդ գործողությանը, խաղաղության պայմանագրի ստորագրմանը, դա ևս անվիճարկելի է։ Այն, որ այս գորրծընթացում մեզ փորձելու են սադրել, փորձել մեզնից ստանալ անկայունություն, սա ևս նոր բան չէ։ Տարբեր ուժային կենտրոններ կարող են շահագրգռված չլինել, որ ՀՀ-ն կարգավորի իր անվտանգային հարցերը, սա ևս նորություն չէ։ Խնդրում ենք, որ սառնասիրտ գնահատենք իրավիճակը, քան թե մեկնաբանենք ինչ-որ հայտարարություններ»,- ասաց Հակոբյանը։
Հարցին հնարավո՞ր է, որ սահմանազատման գործընթացը սկսվի 4 գյուղերը «հանձելուց հետո», պատգամավորը պատասխանեց․
«Կարծում եմ, որ ցանկացած գործընթաց պետք է լինի տրամաբանության մեջ և ցանկացած գործընթաց, որի կհամաձայնվի ՀՀ-ն, պետք է բխի ՀՀ շահերից։ Սահմանագծման ու սահմանազատման գործընթացի ժամանակ ոչ միայն մեր պարագայում, այլև ամբողջ աշխարհում որոշ տաածքներ առաջ են գնում, որոշները հետ են գնում, սա բնական գործընթաց են։ Այլ բան է, որ մենք պետք է ամեն ինչ անենք, որ ՀՀ-ի պետական շահը այս գործընթացում արդյունավետ լինի, կարծում եմ, որ ունենք դրա բոլոր հնարավորությունները։ Ես բացառում եմ որևէ գործողություն ՀՀ քաղաքացու թիկունքում ու որևէ գործողություն, որը չի բխում ՀՀ շահից»։
