ԱՄՆ-ը Հարավային Կովկասը նվիրում է Թուրքիային
ANALYSIS
Վաշինգտոնում, ԱՄՆ և Թուրքիայի դիվանագիտական գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարների վերջին հանդիպումը չափազանց ուշագրավ շեշտադրումներ ունի։ Բանակցությունները, ոչ առանց պատճառի, երկու կողմերի որոշմամբ անվանակոչվել են ԱՄՆ- Թուրքիա ռազմավարական մեխանիզմ։
Նախօրեին տեղի է ունեցել այդ մեխանիզմի 7-րդ նստաշրջանը։
Ընդունված հայտարարության համաձայն՝ Վաշինգտոնն ու Անկարան համատեղ կաշխատեն հայ-ադրբեջանական խաղաղությանը հասնելու համար։ Հարավային Կովկասի հարցում պետքարտուղար Բլինքենը և նախարար Ֆիդանը հանձնառու են համատեղ աշխատել՝ նպաստելու Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև հավասարակշռված և կայուն խաղաղության համաձայնագրի հաստատմանը, համակարծիք են, որ համաձայնագիրը կնպաստի տարածաշրջանային կայունությանը, համագործակցությանը և բարեկեցությանը։
Երկօրյա այցով ԱՄՆ-ում գտնվող Թուրքիայի արտգործնախարարը հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գոործընթացը քննարկել են նաև Սպիտակ տան ազգային անվտանգության հարցերով խորհրդական Ջեյք Սալիվանի հետ։
Թուրքական կողմի այս ակտիվությունը, ինչպես նաև ԱՄՆ-ի պաշտոնական հայտարարությունները վկայում են, որ Ռուսաստանին մեր տարածաշրջանից դուրս թողնելու իր նկատառումների մեջ, ԱՄՆ-ն իր հույսը դրել է ոչ այնքան Հայաստանի կամ այլ երկրների վրա, այլ հենց դաշնակից է համարում Թուրքիային, որին էլ Ռուսաստանը դուրս մղելուց հետո տարածաշրջանի հեգեմոն է նշանակելու և թույլ են տալու անել ցանկացած բան։ Նման իրավիճակում բնականաբար Վաշինգտոնին չափազանց քիչ է հետաքրքրում Հայաստանի և հայ ժողովրդի շահերը։
Հաշվի չի առնվել նաև հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների չափազանց վատ պատմությունը։ Ի վերջո ԱՄՆ-ն և արևմտյան այլ երկրները գործում են սեփական շահերին համապատասխան և խորապես թքած ունեն Հայաստանի շահերի վրա։
Թե ինչո՞վ են մտածում Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները արտաքին քաղաքական վեկտորը փոխելու իրենց անխոհեմ և վտանագավոր քաղաքականության մեջ, նույնիսկ չարժե այլևս ասել։
