В Греции задержали более 20 человек за нападение на двух трансгендеров

Полиция задержала 21 человека за нападение на двух трансгендеров поздно вечером в субботу в северном портовом городе Салоники, в том числе 11 несовершеннолетних, которые позже были освобождены по распоряжению прокурора, сообщает Kathimerini.
Им предъявлены обвинения в серийных словесных оскорблениях по расистским мотивам, в то время как двум взрослым было дополнительно предъявлено обвинение в попытке серийного нанесения простых телесных повреждений по расистским мотивам.
По данным местного новостного сайта thestival.gr инцидент произошел в районе 10:30 вечера на площади Аристотеля, в самой центральной части Салоник, когда толпа из примерно 100 человек словесно оскорбила и начала преследовать двух молодых людей, которые в целях безопасности укрылись в близлежащей закусочной. Затем нападавшие собрались у здания заведения, продолжая свои домогательства.
Хотя при выходе с площадки в жертв бросали бутылки, сообщений о пострадавших не поступало.
Когда прибыла полиция, сотрудники задержали 25 человек, 21 из которых позже был арестован, в том числе 11 несовершеннолетних и 10 взрослых.
Делом занимается подразделение реагирования на расистское насилие Департамента полиции Салоник.
