1. Էմոցիոնալ լարվածությունն ու սթրեսը կնոջ համար հաղթահարելն առանց կորուստների չափազանց դժվար է: Կյանքի ծանր ժամանակահատվածից հետո նույնիսկ երիտասարդ կինը ծերացած է թվում:

2. Շատ կանայք չեն հետևում առողջ սննդակարգին: Անկանոն սնվելը, բարձր կալորիականություն ունեցող ուտեստները, արագ սնունդը և կիսաֆաբրիկատները, տապակած և ապխտած սնունդը վատ ազդեցություն են ունենում կնոջ մաշկի վրա: Դրանց պատճառով առաջացած մարսողական խնդիրների արդյունքն են ավելորդ քաշը, մաշկի, եղունգների և մազերի հետ կապված հիվանդությունները:

3. Մեր օրգանիզմն ի սկզբանե ստեղծված է ֆիզիկական ծանրաբեռնվածության համար: Եթե մկանները չեն աշխատում, ապա աստիճանաբար թուլանում են: Իսկ դրանից տուժում է ամբողջ մարմինը:

4. Վատ սովորությունների մասին հարյուրավոր աշխատություններ են գրված: Ծխախոտը վնասում է ոչ միայն ամբողջ օրգանիզմին, այլև վատացնում է մաշկի գույնը և ատամների վիճակը: Իսկ ոչ պակաս վնասակար ալկոհոլը փչացնում է մաշկի գույնը և ավելորդ քաշի պատճառ է դառնում:

5. Օրվա ռեժիմը և առողջ քունը կնոջը երկար տարիների երիտասարդություն և գեղեցկություն են ապահովում: Սակայն հագեցած օրը ժամանակ չի թողնում մտածել ոչ միայն առողջության, այլև քնի որակի մասին:

6. Հանուն գեղեցկության կանայք պատրաստ են մեծ գումարներ ծախսել և ռիսկային փորձեր կատարել իրենք իրենց վրա՝ չմտածելով մաշկի, մազերի և եղունգների վրա թողած հետևանքների մասին:
