«Արարատի լացը» թուրքական պարբերականին

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի խաղաղության օրակարգը ոչ միայն ամբողջությամբ ձախողված է, այլ նաև նոր խնդիրներ է հարուցել Հայաստանի համար։ Օրերս Անթալիայի դիվանագիտական համաժողովին մասնակցելով՝ արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը հարցազրույց է տվել թուրքական «Անադոլու» գործակալությանը։
Հարցազրույցը հրապարակվել է երեկ և կարելի է մեկ բառով վերնագրել՝ «Արարատի լացը»։
Մասնավորապես, արտգործնախարարը դժգոհում է, որ Երևանն ու Բաքուն համաձայնության չեն հասնում ամենա առանցքային երկու հարցերի շուրջ։ Հայաստանը պնդում է, որ ոչ ոք նոր սահմաններ գծելու իրավասություն չունի։ Ըստ Միրզոյանի՝ Բաքուն ոչ միայն դեմ է սահմանազատումն իրականացնել Ալմա Աթայի հռչակագրով, այլև ընդդիմանում է, որ Հայաստանով անցնող հաղորդակցության ուղիները լինեն Երևանի ամբողջական հսկողության ներքո։
Նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությամբ, հիշեցնենք, այդ հաղորդակցությունները պետք է վերահսկվեին ՌԴ ԱԴԾ կողմից։ Հայկական կողմը ոչ միայն ընդդիմանում է, այլև հայտարարել է, որ որևէ մեկի իրավազորության ներքո չպետք է անցնեն հաղորդուղիները՝ բացառությամբ Հայաստանի։ Ադրբեջանը նաև հրաժարվում է դուրս բերել իր զորքերը Հայաստանի զավթած տարածքներից։
Փոխվարչապետի գրասենյակի փոխանցմամբ՝ Բաքուն պարզ և հստակ ասել է, որ ցանկություն չունի դուրս բերել իր զորքերը զավթած 170 կմ 2 տարածքից, ընդ որում Ադրբեջանը սպառնում է, որ Երևանն ինքը պետք է հրաժարվի տարածքային նկրտումներից, այսինքն Ադրբեջանին առաջադրվող պահանջներից և խաղաղության պայմանագիրը կնքի բացառապես Ադրբեջանի պայմաններով։
Ի՞նչ է սա, եթե ոչ ամբողջական կապիտուլացիա, և Փաշինյանը հասկանում է, որ նոր զիջումների մասին հանրությանն ասելու դեպքում այլևս անհնար կլինի կասեցնել ժողովրդական լայն ընդվզումը։
