Ի՞նչ կարող է «ակնարկել» Մոսկվան. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Pravda.ru-ն «Ուղղակի ակնարկել» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Հայաստանը Ռուսաստանից կախված պետություն է: Այս մասին իր Տելեգրամ ալիքում գրել է Pravda. ru-ի ղեկավար Վադիմ Գորշենինը։ Որպես օրինակ՝ մեդիա մենեջերը կցել է Հայաստանի Կենտրոնական բանկի ընթացիկ տվյալները հանրապետության տնտեսության և ֆինանսական վիճակի վերաբերյալ: «Նայելով դրանց՝ պարզ է դառնում, որ ԵՄ երկրների մասնաբաժինը դեպի Հայաստան տրանսֆերտների հարցում աճել է մինչև 32 տոկոսով, բայց նույնիսկ նման աճի դեպքում այն մնում է աննշան՝ համեմատած Ռուսաստանից տրանսֆերների հետ»,- գրել է նա։
Լրագրողի տեղեկություններով, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պաշտոնական նամակ է հղել «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանում ռուս սահմանապահների գործունեությունը դադարեցնելու վերաբերյալ, քանի որ նա գիտի, որ «Ռուսաստանը, անկախ ամեն ինչից, կշարունակի տնտեսական գործունեությունը Հայաստանի հետ՝ համարելով այդ հանրապետության ժողովրդին եղբայրական, և որ երբեք չի կիրառի տնտեսական պատժամիջոցներ»։ Սակայն, ըստ Վադիմ Գորշենինի, Մոսկվան պետք է «ակնարկի» Երևանի դեմ սահմանափակող միջոցներ կիրառելու մասին։ «Եվ դրանք նախկինում էլ պետք է կիրառվեին, թեկուզ փոքր չափով, նույնիսկ նախքան Հռոմի ստատուտի ծրագրված վավերացումը, երբ ակնարկվում էր դրա մասին,- նշել է նա,- իսկ հիմա՝ «Զվարթնոցի» մասին հայտարարությունից հետո, պետք է ուղղակի սկսել դա անել, այսինքն՝ ստեղծել այնպիսի խնդիրներ, որոնք Թուրքիան է դանդաղորեն ստեղծում Ռուսաստանի համար»:
Pravda.ru-ի ղեկավարը հավելել է, որ ՀՀ Կենտրոնական բանկի տվյալները ցույց են տալիս, թե որքանով է «Փաշինյանը հեռու ոչ միայն իր երկրի տնտեսության, այլ նաև ժողովրդի շահերից»։ Սակայն, ելնելով Սերգեյ Լավրովի հետ հանդիպելուց եվրոպացի դեսպանների մերժմանը չարձագանքելու հանգամանքից, ցավոք, կարելի է փաստել, որ Ռուսաստանը կրկին գործով (ոչ խոսքերով) չի արձագանքի իր շահերի անտեսմանը, եզրափակել է մեդիա մենեջերը։ Հիշեցնենք, որ ավելի վաղ Հայաստանի անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը հայտնել էր, որ Հայաստանը պաշտոնական նամակ է ուղարկել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն՝ «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանում ՌԴ ԱԴԾ սահմանապահների գործունեությունը դադարեցնելու հարցով։
