Անուշ Զ․-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Ռուբիկ Բաղդասարյանի անվան միջնակարգ դպրոցի բնականոն աշխատանքներին խոչընդոտելու, անհասցե սեռական բնույթի հայհոյանքներ հնչեցնելու համար։

Անուշ Զ․-ի նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել բացակայելու արգելքը, գործը 2024-ի փետրվարի 7-ին մակագրվել է դատավոր Գագիկ Հարությունյանին։

Iravaban.net-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ դեռևս 2023 թվականի ապրիլի 7-ին՝ ժամը 10:45-ից մինչև 10:53-ը ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, անտեսելով Կոտայքի մարզի Զովունի գյուղի Ռուբիկ Բաղդասարյանի անվան միջնակարգ դպրոցի դռնապահի «դասաժամի ընթացքում դրսում սպասելու և դպրոց մուտք չգործելու» պահանջը, խուլիգանական դրդումներով, իր անձի առավելությունն ընդգծելու մոլուցքով տարված ու բարոյական նորմերի նկատմամբ բացահայտ արհամարհական վերաբերմունք դրսևորելով մուտք է գործել դպրոցի վարչական շենք և բարձրաձայն, դպրոցի անչափահաս աշակերտների ներկայությամբ, անպարկեշտ արտահայտություններով ու անհասցե սեռական բնույթի հայհոյանքներով խոչընդոտել է դպրոցի բնականոն աշխատանքին:

Այնուհետև, շարունակելով կոպիտ կերպով խախտել հասարակական կարգը՝ ուսուցիչ Սամվել Ս․-ին ընտրելով որպես թիրախ, անտեսելով ներկա գտնվող անձանց ներկայությունը, ձեռքում առկա ծաղկեփնջով հարվածել է նույն դպրոցի ուսուցչին և հարձակվել վերջինիս վրա։

«․․․Ընդհատվել են դասընթացները և դպրոցի աշխատակիցների բնականոն աշխատանքը, ինչի կապակցությամբ հաղորդում է ստացվել Քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Նաիրիի քննչական բաժին»,-նշվում է մեղադրական եզրակացության  մեջ:
