Министр иностранных дел Арарат Мирзоян вчера подтвердил, что в Москву было отправлено письмо с требованием вывести российских пограничников из аэропорта «Звартноц». Об этом накануне заявил секретарь Совета безопасности Армен Григорян, в то время как официальный представитель президента РФ Дмитрий Песков отметил, что никаких предложений по какому-либо официальному каналу не поступило. Фактически, и Григорян, и Арарат Мирзоян опровергают Россию и начинают новый этап противостояния с Москвой, причем, судя по тону заявлений, сделанных Араратом Мирзояном на пресс-конференции, в МИД прекрасно понимают, с каким огнем играют. Даже Мирзоян, которого считают убежденным прозападником, запинался, сообщая эту информацию, тем более, что с армянской стороны понимают, что со стороны России будет серьезное противодействие.

Заместитель председателя комитета Госдумы РФ Константин Затулин вчера заявил «РИА Новости», что власти Армении осознанно и целенаправленно идут на полный разрыв отношений с Россией. Сегодня требуют вывести российских пограничников из «Звартноца», завтра поставят вопрос о выводе 102-й военной базы, а о том, что это будет иметь серьезные последствия, даже российские СМИ пишут.

Издание «Газета.ру» отметило, что выход Армении из ОДКБ может полностью стереть Армению с лица земли.
