Հայաստանում գյուղաբնական քաղաքացիների շրջանում բողոքի նոր ալիք է հասունանում: Երեկ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի բնակիչները ոտքի էին ելել՝ իշխանություններից դժգոհ են, չեն կարողանում վաճառել գյուղմթերքը, կարտոֆիլը, կաղամբը, իսկ կառավարությունը ձեռքերը լվացել է, գյուղմթերքը սպառելուն չի աջակցում։ Մարզի մի խումբ բնակիչներ  մոտ 20 րոպե փակել էին Մարտունի-Վարդենիս ավտոճանապարհը։ Մարտունու քաղաքապետ Հովհաննես Հովեյանն է մի կերպ խաղաղեցրել ցուցարարներին, 5 օր ժամանակ խնդրել՝ գյուղացիներին պատասխան տալու համար։ 

«Հայաստանում ոռոգման ջուրը նույնքան հասանելի պետք է լինի, որքան էլեկտրական հոսանքն է տարածված և հասանելի»,- այս խոսքերի հեղինակը վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն էր։ Խոստումը տվել է 2018թ․ մայիսի 8-ին Ազգային ժողովում, երբ փորձում էր համոզել, որ ինքը կլինի լավագույն վարչապետը բոլոր առումներով։ 2019-ին և նախորդ տարի ոռոգման ջուր չեղավ, Փաշինյանի կառավարությունը ոռոգման սեզոնի ավարտին միայն թույլ տվեց Սևանից ջրառ անել, և գյուղատնտեսությունը մոտ երկնիշ անկում գրանցեց, ինչը բացառիկ էր։ Այս տարի արդեն ակնհայտ խնդիրներ են ի հայտ եկել կապված ոռոգման ջրի հետ, սակայն, կառավարությունը միայն ընդունում է խնդիրների առկայության փաստը և որևէ լուծում չի առաջարկում:

Փաշինյանը, ըստ էության, խաբել է գյուղացիներին և շարունակում է դա անել նաև այսօր: Հեղափոխության օրերին նա խոստանում էր ջրել գյուղացիների վարկերը, դառնալով վարչապետ` նա հայտարարեց, որ նման քայլի գնալը նպատակահարմար չէ: Նա խոստանում էր անձամբ գնալ ՋԸՕ պետերի տները և ձեռքներից բռնած դուրս շպրտել, եթե վերջիններս օրենք խախտեն: Չնայած գյուղացիների շարունակվող բողոքների` քանի՞ ՋԸՕ պետի ձեռք բռնեց այս իշխանությունը: Փաշինյանը խոստանում էր, որ գյուղացին բերքը իրացնելու հետ որևէ խնդիր չի ունենալու, այնուհետև ի հայտ եկավ կոնֆլիկտը մթերող ընկերությունների, նույն «Սպայկայի» հետ, ինչի արդյունքում տուժեց միայն ու միայն գյուղացին: Փոխարենը` Փաշինյանը իրագործեց սպանդանոցների կառուցման ծրագիրը, ինչը, ի դեպ, չէր խոստացել և ինչին, ի դեպ, գյուղացիները դեմ էին: Այդ ամենին հաջորդեց պարարտանյութի թանկացումը, սերմնացուի սուբսիդավորման ծրագրից հրաժարվելը:

ՀՀ վիճակագրական կոմիտեի տվյալների համաձայն՝ 2023թ ին գյուղատնտեսության, ձկնորսության և անտառային տնտեսության համախառն արտադրանքի ծավալները կազմել են մոտ 1 տրիլիոն։ Ցավոք, ՀՀ իշխանությունների «արդյունավետ» աշխատանքի արդյունքում 2023թ-ին 2022թ-ի համեմատ գյուղատնտեսության, ձկնորսության և անտառային տնտեսության համախառն արտադրանքի ծավալների աճը եղել է 0%։

Ինչպես տեսնում ենք՝ ՀՀ իշխանությունները, խաբելով գյուղացիներին, պարզապես ձախողել են՝ ՀՀ տնտեսության երբեմնի լոկոմոտիվ համարվող այս ոլորտը, իսկ իրենց՝ գյուղացիներին արտագաղթելուց բացի այլ ելք պարզապես չեն թողել...
