ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը գրում է․

«Իսրայելը Պաղեստինի դեմ էթնիկ զտման քաղաքականությանը զուգահեռ հասցնում է գրեթե ամենշաբաթյա ռեժիմով ռազմական մատակարարումներ հասցնել Ադրբեջանին:

Թե կոնկրետ ինչ մատակարարումների մասին է խոսքը միայն կարելի է կռահել, սակայն փաստ է, որ բաց աղբյուրները որոշակի պարբերականությամբ ռազմական նշանակության բեռների չվերթներ են արձանագրում:

Սրան զուգահեռ, Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի ռազմական գերատեսչության ակտիվ փոխայցեր են` պաշտպանության նախարար, գլխավոր շտաբի պետ, տեղակալներ, զորային տարբեր օղակների հրամանատարներ և այլն:

Բոլոր այն երկրները, որոնք հանդես են գալիս տարածաշրջանային խաղաղության և կայունության օգտին, հայտարարություններից ու բարի մաղթանքներից բացի պետք է օգտագործեն իրենց ազդեցությունն Ադրբեջանի ռազմականացումը թույլ չտալու համար, հակառակ դեպքում լավ ցանկությունները բացառապես սոցոլոգիական հարցումների վրա են ազդելու, իսկ տարածաշրջանը նոր պատերազմ է ստանալու:

Ադրբեջանն անընդհատ արհեստական ալիք է ստեղծում` Հայաստանին մեղադրելով սպառազինվելու և պատերազմի վտանգ ստեղծելու համար, ինչը որևէ լուրջ հիմնավորում չունի, իսկ դրա քողի տակ մեծաքանակ սպառազինություն և զինտեխնիկա գնում` իրական վտանգ ստեղծելով տարածաշրջանային նոր պայթյունի համար»:
