«Պրեսսինգ» հաղորդաշարում Սաթիկ Սեյրանյանի հյուրը «Վերելք» տեղեկատվական-վերլուծական կենտրոնի քաղաքական մեկնաբան Հայկ Խալաթյանն է։

Հարցազրույցի հիմնական թեզերը՝ ստորև.

  • Ռուսաստանաբնակ հայերի կյանքը, չէի ասի, թե ծայրահեղ վատ է, բայց որոշակի փոփոխություն կա։ Իհարկե, 44-օրյա պատերազմի պարտությունից հետո հայերը Ռուսաստանում ճնշված, ընկճված են զգում իրենց։ Ադրբեջանցիներն ամեն տեղ փորձում են ցույց տալ, որ իրենք հաղթած են։ Բայց մեդալը երկու երես ունի։ Երբ նայում ենք քրեական խրոնիկան, տեսնում ենք, որ ադրբեջանական հանցավոր խմբավորումների նկատմամբ բավականին անհանդուրժողական վերաբերմունք կա Ռուսաստանում։ Նկատելի է, որ ռուսները քրիստոնեական ժողվուրդներին յուրային են համարում։
  • Ադրբեջանական համայնքը Ռուսաստանում շատ կազմակերպված և ակտիվ է։
  • Այն դիրքորոշումները, որոնցով հանդես է գալիս Ռուսաստանի հայկական համայնքը, այնքան էլ չի համընկնում Հայաստանի ներկայիս իշխանությունների դիրքորոշման հետ։ Այս պրոբլեմը կա նաև ամերիկյան ու եվրոպական հայ համայնքների հետ։
  • ՀՀ իշխանությունները, ոչնչացնելով բոլոր կառույցներն ու հեղինակություններին Հայաստանում, հիմա էլ անցել են Սփյուռքին, որովհետև Սփյուռքի կառույցները շատ բացասական վերաբերմունք ունեն թե՛ Արցախի, թե՛ Ցեղասպանության հարցի վերաբերյալ Հայաստանի իշխանությունների, Փաշինյանի դիրքորոշման վերաբերյալ։ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները մտավախություն ունեն, որ իրենց վարած քաղաքականությանը դեմ հանդես եկող Սփյուռքը կարող է միջամտել Հայաստանի ներքաղաքական իրավիճակին։ Դրա համար էլ քայքայում են այն։ 
  • Ես չեմ տեսնում Ռուսաստանի կողմից Հայաստանում հեղաշրջում անելու քայլեր։ 
  • Մոսկվայում չէին պատկերացնում, որ Հայաստանում իշխանության կարող է գալ մեկը, ով կհանձնի Արցախն ու կուրանա Ցեղասպանության փաստը։ 
  • Հայաստանն իր գործողություններով ու հայտարարություններով ամեն ինչ անում է, որ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում Ռուսաստանը չօգնի Հայաստանին, և դա էլ են շրջում Ռուսաստանի դեմ, որովհետև ցանկացած էսկալացիայի դեպքում Հայաստանում բնակչության մի ստվար մասը մեղադրելու է Ռուսաստանին։ 
  • Ռուսաստանը կարող է շատ երկար սպասել, բայց հետո գնալ ծայրահեղ միջոցների։ Ռուսաստանում փափուկ ուժի քաղաքականությունը թույլ է գործում, դա իրենք էլ են ընդունում։ 
  • Ռուսաստանում հասարակ մարդն իր վրա չի զգում արևմտյան սանկցիաների ազդեցությունը․ Ռուսաստանում ամեն ինչ կա։
  • Հայաստանի իշխանությունները խոսում են սուվերենությունից, բայց երբեք Հայաստանի սուվերենությունն այսքան ցածր մակարդակի վրա չի եղել։
  • Ռուսաստանն այս պահին Հայաստանին գազը վաճառում է շատ էժան գնով, որովհետև դաշնակից ենք։ Հիմա եթե ՀԱՊԿ-ից դուրս պետք է գանք, դաշնակցային հարաբերությունները խզենք, ինչո՞ւ պիտի Ռուսաստանն էժան գազ տա մեզ։ Մեր ժողովուրդը պետք է ինքը որոշի՝ պատրա՞ստ է դրան։
  • Եթե անգամ Ուկրաինան հաղթի այդ պատերազմում, նա այլևս չի վերականգնվելու ո՛չ տնտեսապես, ո՛չ դեմոգրաֆիկ առումով։
