Ռեկորդները կթարմացվեն․ Գիտնականները նշել են՝ դժոխային շոգ է լինելու

Համաշխարհային օդերևութաբանական կազմակերպությունը 2023 թվականը հայտարարել է պատմության մեջ ամենատաք տարին։ Այն կհիշվի ջերմաստիճանի բազմաթիվ ռեկորդներով: Բայց արդեն 2024 թվականի սկզբին գիտնականները նախազգուշացրել են, որ գալիք տարին, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, էլ ավելի շոգ կդառնա։
Վերջերս չինացի կլիմայագետները նշել են Երկրի երեք շրջաններ, որտեղ այս տարի կարելի է ռեկորդային ջերմաստիճան սպասել։ Պատճառը բնական «Էլ Նինյո» երեւույթն է, որը «արթնացել» է անցյալ տարվա կեսերին եւ այժմ ուժ կստանա։
Ալյասկան կհալվի, Ամազոնի անտառները կվառվեն
Չինացի օդերեւութաբանների կանխատեսման մասին գրել է Daily Mail-ի բրիտանական հրատարակությունը, իսկ գիտական հոդվածը հրապարակվել է Scientific Reports ամսագրում։ Գիտնականների կարծիքով՝ այս տարի շոգից ամենաշատը կտուժեն Բենգալյան ծոցի, Ֆիլիպինների և Կարիբյան ավազանի բնակիչները։ Մինչև 2024 թվականի հունիսը 90% հավանականությամբ այնտեղ հնարավոր են մակերևութային ջերմաստիճանի նոր գրանցումներ։
Հետազոտողները դիտարկում են երկու սցենար. Այս շրջաններում չափավոր ջերմաստիճանի դեպքում առավելագույն ջերմաստիճանը կլինի 1 °C-ով բարձր վերջին տասնամյակների միջինից կամ այն կբարձրանա 1,2 °C-ով այս արժեքից: Բայց 0,2 °C-ը էական տարբերություն չէ։ Ամենավատն այն է, որ հետեւանքները կդրսեւորվեն մոլորակի այլ շրջաններում: Դրանցից գիտնականները նշում են Ալյասկան, Ամազոնը և Հարավչինական ծովը: Այնտեղ ռեկորդային արժեքները կգերազանցվեն 2,4 °C-ով։ Ալյասկայում դա կհանգեցնի սառցադաշտերի և մշտական սառույցների ավելի ինտենսիվ հալվելու, ինչը կնպաստի ծովի մակարդակի բարձրացմանը և ափամերձ տարածքների հեղեղմանը: Իսկ Ամազոնի ավազանում անտառային հրդեհների վտանգը կտրուկ կաճի։
