Մարտի 1-ից Հայաստանում 470 դեղ պետք է վաճառվի էլեկտրոնային դեղատոմսով։ էլեկտրոնային դեղատոմսերով վաճառվելու են հակաբիոտիկային, հակասնկային, հակամիկրոբակտերային, հակավիրուսային դեղերը, իմունային շիճուկները, իմունոգլոբոլինները, պատվաստանյութերը և միզապրաստոլ պարունակող դեղերը՝ «ինքնաբուժության նվազման, որակյալ, արդյունավետ և նպատակային բժշկական օգնության տրամադրման» նպատակով:
«Առողջապահության նախարարությունն իրականում չի պայքարում ինչ-որ բանի դեմ, այլ ուղղակի «գրանտ» է մարսում»,- 1or.am-ի հետ զրույցում նման տեսակետ հայտնեց «Իրազեկ և պաշտպանված սպառող» ՀԿ նախագահ Բաբկեն Պիպոյանը.
«Մեր երկրում տեղի ունեցող պրոցեսներին, որտեղ առանցքային է նաև առողջապահությունը, շատ դժվար է գնահատական տալ: Օրինակ՝ աղի չարաշահման հետ կապված աշխատանքները: Ի՞նչ են անում, գնում, ծրագրեր են բերում, որ գործ անեն, աղի չարաշահման դեմ պայքար մղեն և արդյունք ապահովեն: Հետո տեսնում են, թե համաշխարհային մակարդակով ինչ ռեկոմենդացիաներ կան: Այդ ռեկոմենդացիաները մի շարք քայլեր են առաջարկում, վերջում ասվում է՝ եթե այդ քայլերը չօգնեն, ռեստորանների սեղաններից աղը հավաքեք: Բայց քանի որ մենք թվարկված ոչ մի քայլը չենք անում, իսկ դոնորի բերանն ինչ-որ կերպ փակել է պետք, անում ենք ամենածայրահեղ քայլերը, իսկ իրականում ոչինչ չենք անում»:
Պիպոյանի խոսքով՝ դեղերի հետ կապված խնդիր, անխոս, պետք է լուծել մեր երկրում, բայց ոչ այս եղանակով.

Որպեսզի սպառողը պատշաճ բուժօգնություն ստանա, պետք է ենթակառուցվածքներ ստեղծել: Շատ ճիշտ են անում, որ ասում են ինքնաբուժությամբ մի զբաղվեք, դիմեք մասնագետի: Օնլայն խորհրդատվությունը մարդկանց համար մի շարք խնդիրներ է առաջ բերում, որովհետև մի բան ոչ թե մտածում, հետո անում են, այլ վերջացնում են, հետո նոր սկսում են մտածել: Գլոբալ առումով՝ թվայնացող աշխարհում ինչ-որ բաներ թվայնացնելը նորմալ է, բայց ես հարց եմ տալիս՝ ինչու՞ պետք է մարդը ստիպված օգտվի «Արմմեդ» վճարովի ծառայությունից: Փող եք ուզում, ուղիղ տեքստով ասեք: Երևի այս մարդիկ չգիտեն՝ կոռուպցիան ինչ է: Կոռուպցիան միայն կաշաքը չէ. երբ ինստիտուցիոնալ մեխանիզմներ են դրվում, որ իքը հարստանա, դա նույնպես կոռուպցիա է, իսկ սա կոռուպցիոն ամենախորը դրսևորումներից մեկն է»:
