Ադրբեջանի հետ սահմանազատման հանձնաժողովը գլխավորող փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանի գրասենյակից հայտնում են՝ Ադրբեջանը հրաժարվում է ընդունել, որ օկուպացված է պահում Հայաստանի 31 ոչ անկլավային բնակավայրերի տարածքները, ըստ էության հաստատելով, որ Բաքուն 4 գյուղ պահանջում է առանց զորքերը հայկական տարածքներից հետ քաշելու մտադրության, հաղորդում է «Ազատությունը»:
Չորս դիրքապահի կյանք խլած Ներքին Հանդի դեպքերից հետո թեման բարձրացրած վարչապետ Փաշինյանը չէր հստակեցրել՝ արդյոք 4 գյուղերի վերադարձ պահանջող Ադրբեջանը հրաժարվում է հետ քաշվել 31 հայկական գյուղերից։ «Ազատություն»-ը հարցը փոխվարչապետի գրասենյակին էր ուղղել, նաև փորձել ճշտել՝ որոնք են այդ 4 գյուղերը։
«Ադրբեջանը բարձրաձայնում է հետևյալ տեղանունները՝ Բաղանիս Այրում, Աղաշը (ներքին) Ոսկեպար, Խեյրիմլի, Կըզըլ Հաջիլի, միաժամանակ հրաժարվելով ընդունել, որ ադրբեջանական օկուպացիայի տակ են գտնվում Հայաստանի 31 ոչ անկլավային բնակավայրերի կենսական նշանակության տարածքներ», - հաղորդում են փոխվարչապետի գրասենյակից:
Ադրբեջանի պահանջած այս տարածքները Տավուշի մարզում են՝ հիմնականում անբնակ։ Ներքին Ոսկեպարի մոտով, օրինակ, անցնում է դեպի Վրաստան միջպետական ճանապարհը։
Սահմանազատման հանձնաժողովի վերջին՝ հունվարյան հանդիպումից կողմերը ոչ մի մանրամասն չներկայացրին։ Հիմա էլ հրաժարվում են պատասխանել՝ արդյո՞ք սահմանազատման հանձնաժողովների վերջին նիստում քննարկվել է 4 ու 31 գյուղերի հարցը։
Մասնավորապես հղում են արել երկու հանձնաժողովների աշխատակարգին, թե հանդիպումների մասին պաշտոնական հաղորդագրությունից զատ պարզաբանումներն անթույլատրելի են։ Այդ աշխատակարգը հաստատվել է Փաշինյանի ղեկավարած Կառավարության՝ անցած դեկտեմբերի 14-ի նիստում։
31 և 4 գյուղերին անդրադարձած վարչապետը անուններ չէր տվել։ Մհեր Գրիգորյանի գրասենյակից պարզաբանել էին նաև Հայաստանի պահանջած 31 գյուղերը։ Դրանց տարածքների մի մասը Ադրբեջանի տիրապետության տակ է անցել դեռ 1990-ականներին Ղարաբաղյան առաջին պատերազմի ժամանակ, մյուսը՝ 2021-22-ի ադրբեջանական ներխուժումների հետևանքով։ Ոչ անկլավային այդ բնակավայրերի տարածքները, որը պաշտոնական Երևանը կենսական նշանակության է համարում, հինգ մարզերում են՝ Տավուշում՝ Բերքաբեր, Սարիգյուղ, Սևքար, Վազաշեն, Պառավաքար, Մովսես, Արծվաբերդ, Չինարի, Այգեձոր, Սյունիքում՝ Քաջարանց, Սալվարդ, Գորհայք, Սառնակունք, Անգեղակոթ, Աղիտու, Նորավան, Վաղատին, Վերիշեն, Խոզնավար, Տեղ, Ներքին Հանդ, Արարատի մարզում՝ Պարույր Սևակ, Գեղարքունիքում՝ Սոտք, Կութ, Նորաբակ, Ներքին Շորժա, Վերին Շորժա, Ակունք, Կախակն, Կուտական, Վայոց ձորում՝ Ջերմուկ։
