Մոսկվայի դատարանը երկարացրեց Լևոն Հայրապետյանի տնային կալանքի ժամկետը

Մոսկվայի քաղաքային դատարանը հուլիսի 3-ին երկարացրել է «Բաշնևֆտի» գործի ֆիգուրանտ Լևոն Հայրապետյանի տնային կալանքի ժամկետը: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ՌԻԱ Նովոստիին հայտնել է նրա փաստաբան Ռուբեն Մարգարյանը:
Հայրապետյանը մեղադրվում է 2009 թվականի ապրիլին Ուրալ Ռախիմովի կողմից «Բաշնեֆտը» «Սիստեմա» ընկերության կառույցներին վաճառելուն մասնակից լինելու մեջ: Հայրապետյանի նկատմամբ հարուցվել է ևս մեկ քրեական գործ: Նա մեղադրվում է Բաշկիրիայից՝ ցմահ դատապարտված նախկին սենատոր Իգոր Իզմեստևից 700 հազար դոլար հափշտակելու մեջ: Այդ գործով հետաքննությունն արդեն ավարտված է:
«Դատարանը որոշեց բավարարել հետաքննության միջնորդությունը և խափանման միջոցը տնային կալանքի ձևով երկարացնել մինչև սեպտեմբերի 15-ը»,- հայտարարել է դատավոր Պավել Միլեխինը:
Քննիչը նիստի ընթացքում խնդրել է երկարացնել տնային կալանքի ժամկետը: «Անհրաժեշտ է գործի նյութերին ծանոթանալու համար ժամանակ տրամադրել մեղադրյալին ու նրա փաստաբաններին: Նաև գործին կցվել են լրացուցիչ նյութեր, որոնց նույնպես անհրաժեշտ է ծանոթանալ»,- ասել է նա:
Պաշտպանության կողմը դեմ է հանդես եկել միջնորդությունը բավարարելուն և խնդրել է Հայրապետյանին ազատ արձակել գրավի դիմաց: «Մենք ամբողջ ծավալով ծանոթացել ենք գործի նյութերին, քննչական գործողություններն ավարտված են, այդ կապակցությամբ խափանման միջոցը երկարացնելու հիմքեր չկան»,- ասել է փաստաբանը: Նաև նշվել է, որ Հայրապետյանը չունի Հայաստանի ու Ռուսաստանի անձնագրեր, ուստի չի կարող թաքնվել:
Հետաքննության տվյալներով՝ Հայրապետյանն ունի երկքաղաքացիություն և անշարժ գույք՝ արտասահմանում, մասնավորապես վերջին ժամանակներս նա ապրում էր Մոնակոյում: Հենց այս փաստով էր հետաքննությունը հիմնավորում նրան մեկուսարանում պահելու անհրաժեշտությունը: Հոկտեմբերի սկզբին գործարարին փոխադրել են տնային կալանքի տակ: Հայրապետյանի փաստաբանն ավելի վաղ հայտարարել էր, որ իր պաշտպանյալի առողջությունը կտրուկ վատացել է, և խնդրել էր ազատ արձակել նրան:
