Հաագայի միջազգային քրեական դատարանը ձերբակալության միջազգային օրդեր է տվել Ռուսաստանի օդատիեզերական ուժերի հեռահար ավիացիայի հրամանատար Սերգեյ Կոբիլաշի և Ռուսաստանի Սևծովյան նավատորմի հրամանատար Վիկտոր Սոկոլովի համար, հայտնում է BBC-ն:

Ռուս բարձրաստիճան զինվորականների ձերբակալման օրդերը տվել են ՄՔԴ դատավորներ Տոմոկո Ականեն և Ռոսարիո Այտալան. նույն դատավորները, որոնք 2023 թվականի մարտին ձերբակալության օրդեր էին տվել Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի համար՝ հայրենիքից ուկրաինացի երեխաների արտաքսման մեղադրանքով։

Կոբիլաշը և Սոկոլովը կասկածվում են 2022 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 10-ից մինչև 2023 թվականի մարտի 9-ը կատարված ռազմական հանցագործությունների համար։ Մասնավորապես, Հաագայի միջազգային քրեական դատարանի զեկույցում ասվում է, որ Կոբիլաշը և Սոկոլովը կարող են պատասխանատու լինել նշված ժամանակահատվածում Ուկրաինայի էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքի վրա հրթիռային հարձակումների համար։ ՄՔԴ-ն եզրակացրել էր, որ ռուս զինվորականները դիտավորյալ թիրախավորել են քաղաքացիական օբյեկտները: ՄՔԴ-ի զեկույցում նշվում է նաև, որ հարվածներն Ուկրաինայի թիրախներին, որոնք կարող են դասակարգվել որպես ռազմական, շատ ավելի զգալի վնաս են հասցրել խաղաղ բնակչությանը և շատ ավելի քիչ չափով խաթարել են Ուկրաինայի զինված ուժերի մարտունակությունը:
