Պատգամավոր Տիգրան Աբրահամյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրառում է արել, որը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև․
«Հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների սրման և ՀԱՊԿ-ի շուրջ ստեղծված իրավիճակի մասին վերջերս ուշագրավ հայտարարություն հնչեցրեց ԱԽ քարտուղարը, որը չնկատվեց կամ լայն քննարկումների առարկա չդարձավ:
Վերջինս անդրադառնալով ՌԴ-ից սպառազինության մատակարարումների խնդիրներին նշեց, որ «ՌԴ-ից մեզ ասել են, որ ձեզ զենք չենք մատակարարում, որպեսզի ձեր դիրքորոշումը չկոշտանա»:
Արմեն Գրիգորյանը հրաժարվել է ասել թե կոնկրետ ո՞ր ռուս պաշտոնյան է նման բան ասել, սակայն նրա հարցազրույցից 4-5 օր է անցել ու ՌԴ-ից պարզաբանում չի եղել:
Այս հայտարարությունն ուշադրության է արժանի այն տեսանկյունից, որ մինչև այս պահը, ՌԴ-ից զենքի մատակարարման խնդիրների համատեքստում, նման պատճառ չէր ներկայացվել և որքան էլ այս հայտարարությունը դիտարկվի հակառուսական տրամադրությունների համատեքստում, այնուամենայնիվ, ՀՀ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյայի կողմից չափազանց ծանր մեղադրանք է հնչել, որը Մոսկվան չի պարզաբանել:
Հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ ՌԴ տարբեր պաշտոնյաներ ուղղակի և անուղղակի արձագանքում են ՀՀ-ից հնչող հայտարարություններին, այդ թվում` ԱԽ քարտուղարի, չպարզաբանված այս մեղադրանքը բավականին մտահոգիչ իրավիճակ է ստեղծում»:
