«Ժողովուրդ». Արդյո՞ք ՀՀ իշխանությունները կկարողանան ԵԽԽՎ-ում տապալել հակահայկական երկու զեկույցների ընդունումը

«Ընդամենը մեկ շաբաթից պարզ կդառնա՝ արդյոք ՀՀ իշխանությունները կկարողանան ԵԽԽՎ-ում տապալել հակահայկական երկու զեկույցների ընդունումը, թե ոչ։ Ինչպես հայտնի է` ԵԽԽՎ ձմեռային նստաշրջանի օրակարգում ընդգրկված են հակահայկական միանգամից երկու զեկույցներ՝ «Բռնության աճը ԼՂ և Ադրբեջանի մյուս գրավյալ տարածքներում» և «Ադրբեջանի սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերի բնակիչները կանխամտածված կերպով զրկվում են ջրից» վերնագրերով։ ԵԽԽՎ ձմեռային նստաշրջանը նախատեսված է հունվարի 25-ից 29-ը։ Հակահայկական զեկույցների քվեարկությունը նախատեսված է հունվարի 26-ին։ «Ժողովուրդ»–ի տեղեկություններով՝ հակահայկական զեկույցների ընդունումը թույլ չտալու նպատակով դեռևս անցած տարվա վերջին ՀՀ իշխանությունները ստեղծել են հատուկ աշխատանքային խումբ։
Այն ղեկավարում է Աժ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության անդամ Կարեն Բեքարյանը։ Հիշեցնենք, որ վերջինս պատգամավոր է դարձել անցած տարվա սեպտեմբերին։ Աշխատանքային խմբի ղեկավարումը նրան հանձնարարելը պայմանավորված է այն փաստով որ նա տարիներ շարունակ գործունեություն է ծավալել հասարակական սեկտորում, եվրոպական կառույցների հետ շփման հարուստ փորձ ունի, և նրա անձը ՀՀ իշխանությունների հետ անմիջական չի ասոցացվում։ Ենթադրվում է, որ ի տարբերություն ԵԽԽՎ-ում հայկական պատվիրակության ղեկավար Աժ փոխնախագահ Հերմինե Նաղդալյանի, նա առավել անկաշկանդ կարող է շփվել ԵԽԽՎ-ում տարբեր երկրների պատվիրակների հետ։ «Ժողովուրդ»-ը Բեքարյանից փորձեց մեկնաբանություն ստանալ աշխատանքային խմբի աշխատանքների ընթացքի վերաբերյալ, սակայն հայտարարեց. «Ոչ հիմա, ժամանակ չկա, և այդ թեման այսօր ինձ համար քննարկման առարկա չէ։ Ամսի 27-ին կարող ենք խոսել»»,–գրում է թերթը։
