Արցախի ԱԺ-ն դատապարտում է Ադրբեջանի վանդալիստական քաղաքականությունը

Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախում սանձազերծված լայնամասշտաբ պատերազմից ու ամբողջական բռնազավթումից հետո վտանգված են Արցախի միջնադարյան բազում հոգևոր կենտրոններ, կրթահամալիրներ ու հուշակոթողներ, պատմամշակութային արժեքներ հանդիսացող շենքեր ու շինություններ:
Չնայած խաղաղության մասին միջազգային տարբեր հարթակներում սեփական բարձրակոչ հայտարարություններին՝ Ադրբեջանն անթաքույց փորձում է հայ ժողովրդի նկատմամբ իր ցեղասպանական ծրագրերը եզրակետին հասցնել: Դա հիմնականում արտահայտվում է հայկական քրիստոնեական պատմամշակութային, ազատագրական պայքարի և պետականակերտման խորհրդանիշ հանդիսացող հուշարձանների պղծմամբ, ոչնչացմամբ կամ էլ այսպես կոչված «աղվանական ծագման» հորջորջմամբ:
Վանդալիզմի վերջին դրսևորումներն են Ստեփանակերտի Աստմածամոր Սուրբ Հովանի Մայր Տաճարի պղծումը, Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի և Ազատամարտիկների միության շենքերի հիմնահատակ ավերումը:
Ըստ զինված հակամարտությունների ժամանակ արժեքների մասին 1954 թվականի Հաագայի կոնվենցիայի 4-րդ հոդվածի՝ արգելված է մշակութային ժառանգության հանդեպ վանդալիզմի, գողության, կողոպուտի, յուրացման, թշնամանքի և հաշվեհարդարի որևէ գործողություն: Թեև ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի կողմից մի քանի անգամ կոչեր են հնչել Արցախի պատմամշակութային ժառանգության ոչնչացմանը վերջ դնելու համար և խոստումներ եղել առաքելություն ուղարկելու, սակայն որևէ առաքելություն առ այսօր այդպես էլ չի ժամանել Արցախ, Ադրբեջանի կողմից արհեստական խոչընդոտների ստեղծման պատրվակով, և միզազգային հանրության անտարբերությունը և անուշադրությունն ազատություն են տվել ագրեսորի վանդալիզմին՝ դառնալով տարածաշրջանում նոր պատերազմների հրձիգ:
Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովը դատապարտում է Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների կողմից հայկական հետքի վերացման բարբարոսական գործողությունները և իրավապաշտպան կազմակերպություններից, ՀՀ իշխանություններից պահանջում ադրբեջանական հակամշակութային բոլոր գործողությունների փաստերը մեկ առ մեկ ներկայացնել միջազգային իրավասու մարմիններին և ատյաններին՝ խնդրին տալով միջազգային հնչեղություն:
