Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը որոշում է կայացրել փետրվարի 28-ին Սյունիքի մարզի Տեղ գյուղի հատվածում հայտնաբերված ադրբեջանցի դիվերսանտին Ադրբեջանին վերադարձնելու վերաբերյալ։ Քննչական կոմիտեն ի սկզբանե քրեկան գործ հարուցել էր դիվերսիայի հոդվածով, երբ ադրբեջանցուն ձերբակալել էին մեր զինվորները և հանձնել իրավապահներին։ Դրանից անմիջապես հետո կարծիքներ հնչեցին, որ Հայաստանն Ադրբեջանին է վերադարձնելու «մոլորված» դիվերսանտին։

Երեկ արդեն քննչական կոմիտեն հայտնել է, թե որոշում է կայացվել քրեական հետապնդումն ադրբեջանցու նկատմամբ դադարեցնելու մասին, ԱԱԾ-ն էլ նշեց, որ որպես բարի կամքի դրսևորում և ի կատարումն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և ադրբեջանական հանրապետության միջև բարձրագույն մակարդակում ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածության, որ երկու կողմերի մոլորված և հակառակ կողմում հայտնված զինծառայողները սեղմ ժամկետներում պետք է վերադարձվեն, Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը որոշում է կայացրել Ռուսլան Էլդանիսողլու Փենախովին հանձնել ադրբեջանական կողմին, ընդ որում Հայաստանն իր «բարի կամքի» դրսևորումն իրականացնում է այն պայմաններում, երբ ադրբեջանական բանտերում երկու տասնյակից ավելի հայ ռազմագերիներ կան, այդ թվում Արցախի բարձրագույն իշխանական ներկայացուցիչները։

Ընդհանրապես, գործող իշխանությունների անողնաշարությունը դրսևորվում է ցանկացած իրավիճակում։ Շաբաթներ առաջ էլ Հայաստանը հայտարարել էր, թե իր մոտ ականապատ դաշտերի քարտեզներ են հայտնվել և ևս 8 գրանցամատյան նվիրել էր ադրբեջանական կողմին։

«Բարի կամքի» այս դրսևորումը հերթական անգամ արժանացել էր ոչ թե Ադրբեջանի շնորհակալությանը, այլ լկտի և ագրեսիվ պատասխանին։ Նախօրեին էլ Ադրբեջանը հայտարարել է, թե Հայաստանի տրամադրած ականապատ դաշտերի քարտեզները բանի պետք չեն և դիմել էր միջազգային հանրությանը՝ Հայաստանի վրա ճնշում գործադրելու համար։

Ըստ էության, փաշինյանական իշխանությունը հերթական անգամ ապացուցում է, որ զուրկ է արժանապատվությունից, տղամարդկությունից և հանուն սեփական իշխանության երկարաձգման՝ պատրաստ է ցանկացած կեղտոտ քայլի։
