Ռուսաստանն առաջարկում է վերջնական կողմնորոշվել

Ռուսաստանն ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի բերանով Հայաստանին առաջարկում է կողմնորոշվել։ Անթալիայում դիվանագիտական համաժողովի շրջանակներում կայացած մամուլի ասուլիսում Սերգեյ Լավրովը հայտարարել է, թե Ռուսաստանը հույս ունի պատասխան ստանալ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունից՝ կապված պարտավորությունների կատարման և համատեղ ինտեգրացիոն կառույցներում՝ այդ թվում ՀԱՊԿ-ում մասնակցության հետ։ «Ժամանակն է, որ Հայաստանը որոշի իր կարգավիճակը ՀԱՊԿ-ում, Ռուսաստանը սպասում է պատասխանի»,- ասել է Լավրովը։ Նաև ընդգծել, թե Հայաստանի իշխանությունների հայտարարությունները կարող են հանգեցնել երկկողմ հարաբերությունների էական վերանայման, ինչպես նաև Ռուսաստանի կողմից գործնական քայլեր կատարելուն։
Ըստ էության, Ռուսաստանը պաշտոնական Երևանի վերջին հայտարարություններից հետո, թե սառեցրել են անդամակցությունը ՀԱՊԿ-ում, բայց չեն ցանկանում խնդիրներ հարուցել ԵԱՏՄ-ի հետ, պարզ հարցադրում է անում Հայաստանին, նշում, որ հնարավոր չէ օգտվել մի ինտեգրացիոն միավորի արտոնություններից և բարիքներից, սակայն հրաժարվել մեկ ուրիշից։ Ռուսաստանը պարզ հայտարարում է, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ն լքելու դեպքում, Հայաստանը ստիպված է լինելու լքել նաև հնարավոր բոլոր ինտեգրացիոն կառույցները, դրանից բխող բոլոր հետևանքներով։
Հայկական կողմից պաշտոնապես առայժմ արձագանք չկա, նույնիսկ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրում» չեն հասկանում, թե ինչպես պիտի վարվել։ Մեկը, օրինակ, հայտարարում է, թե անհրաժեշտ է լքել ՀԱՊԿ-ն, իսկ մեկ ուրիշը՝ ինչպես խմբակցության ղեկավար Հայկ Կոնջորյանը, պնդում է, թե ՀԱՊԿ-ն լքելու պաշտոնական որոշում Հայաստանը դեռևս չունի։
Գործող իշխանությունները նունիսկ սեփական շարքերում չեն կարողանում կարգավորել այդ հարցը, ուր մնաց դա փորձեն անել հանրային լայն կոսոլիդացիայով, առավել ևս, որ վերջին հարցումների համաձայն հայաստանցիներն առանձնապես ցանկություն չունեն լքել ՀԱՊԿ-ն և խզել հարաբերությունները Ռուսաստանի հետ։
