«Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության համահիմնադիր Մեսրոպ Առաքելյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․
«Սկսած 2021թ․ Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական օրակարգում կա մեկ հարց՝ նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարության 9-րդ կետի կատարումը։ Մնացած բոլոր հարցերը, այս երկու տարում տեղի ունեցածը, առաջիկայում տեղի ունենալիք իրադարձությունները դրա ածանցյալն են։
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պարտավորվել է հետևյալը՝ «Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը երաշխավորում է Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության արևմտյան շրջանների և Նախիջևանի Ինքնավար Հանրապետության միջև տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցության անվտանգությունը՝ քաղաքացիների, տրանսպորտային միջոցների և բեռների՝ երկու ուղղություններով անխոչընդոտ տեղաշարժը կազմակերպելու նպատակով: Տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցության նկատմամբ վերահսկողությունն իրականացվում են Ռուսաստանի ԱԴԾ սահմանապահ ծառայության մարմինները»։
Սրա հետևանքով է փակվել Լաչինի միջանցքը, սրա հետևանքով է Հայաստանի իշխանությունը թեքվել դեպի Արևմուտք, սրա հետևանքով են օրօրի լարվում հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները։
Այս կետի չկատարման դիմաց Հայաստանի իշխանությունը պատրաստ եղավ ամբողջությամբ հանձնել Արցախը՝ դրանով փորձելով փակված համարել նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարությունը։
Արդյունքում, Ադրբեջանը, Սյունիքով ճանապարհի թեման ետ քաշելով, միջազգային կոնսենսուսի ներքո իրականացրեց Արցախի ամբողջական հայաթափում և հիմա նորից վերադարձել է հայ-ադրբեջական հարաբերություններում մնացած միակ օրակարգին՝ Սյունիքով ճանապարհին։
Արդյոք պետք է տա՞լ այդ ճանապարհը։ Միանշանակ՝ ոչ։ Ի զորու՞ է դա չանել այս իշխանությունը։ Միանշանակ՝ ոչ։
Երկար տարիներ հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերություններում կար մի հիմնական հարց, որի շուրջ ձևավորվեց միջազգային կոնսենսուս։ Դա հինգ շրջանների վերադարձն էր։ Եվ փաստացի դա էր Հայաստանի արտաքին և նաև ներքին քաղաքական միակ իրական օրակարգը՝ վերադարձվո՞ւմ էր հինգ շրջանը, թե` ոչ։ Սակայն դա չդարձավ օրակարգ և արդյունքում միջազգային կոնսենսուսը ապահովեց շրջանների վերադարձը ռազմական ճանապարհով։
Հիմա Հայաստանի գլխին կախված է Սյունիքի ճանապարհի հարցը, որի շուրջ թեև չկա միջազգային կոնսենսուս, բայց Ռուսաստանի և Արևմուտքի մոտ կա իրարից առանձին այդ հարցը լուծելու որոշում և գործընթաց։ Ընդ որում, այդ գործընթացի մեջ մեծ մասնաբաժին ունի մյուս կողմին այդ գործընթացից հանելու կարևորությունը։
Արդյունքում, Ադրբեջանը գտնվում է շահեկան դիրքում՝ կամ Ռուսաստանի կամ Արևմուտքի՝ արդեն ի դեմս Թուրքիայի, միջոցով կստանա ճանապարհ դեպի Նախիջևան։ Սրան զուգահեռ շարունակում է Հայաստանի նկատմամբ այլ ճնշումներ գործադրել՝ հակամարտությունը տաք պահելու նպատակով։
Ի վերջո, հնարավոր է, որ Ռուսաստանի և Արևմուտքի կոնֆլիկտի պատճառով ճանապարհի հարցը որոշ ժամանակ դեռ չլուծվի, որը մի օր Ադրբեջանի մոտ կձևավորի «լեգիտիմ իրավունք» ինքնուրույն լուծելու այդ հարցը, ինչպես եղավ հինգ շրջանների դեպքում։
Հարցին այլ լուծում տալու Հայաստանի վերջին փորձը «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկն» է, որը սակայն այդպես էլ չի արժանանում միջազգային կոնսենսուսի։ Արդյունքում, Հայաստանը պարտավոր է խոսել բոլորի հետ՝ Հայաստանի շուրջ, նոր, հայանպաստ կոնսենսուս ձևավորելու նպատակով»։
