Решением премьер-министра Никола Пашиняна от 4 марта Артур Гаспарян освобожден от должности заместителя начальника Государственной службы охраны РА.

Другим решением, подписанным в тот же день, Гаспарян назначен начальником Государственной службы охраны РА.

Соответствующие решения были опубликованы правительством РА на сайте e-gov.am.
