Արմեն Հովասափյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.

Հայաստանյան կառավարիչների թյուրքական պրոպագանդայի ֆոնին շատ հաճախ են հասարակ մարդիկ ընկնում փաշինյանական թակարդների մեջ՝ չկարողանալով զանազանել թացը չորից։ Հաճախ այդ ամենը Փաշինյանն ու իր հակապետական թիմն օգտագործում է համապատասխան դոզավորում ապահովելու նպատակով՝ այդ կերպ երկարացնելով սեփական իշխանության կյանքը։
Մի քանի դիտարկում, թե ինչ տեղի ուենցավ 100 տարի առաջ, երբ հայկական որոշ տարրեր հավատացին թյուրքիստներին, փորձեցին խաղալ նրանց թելադրած օրակարգի տիրույթում, ինչի արդյունքում մի ողջ ժողովուրդ նախ մորթվեց, ինչին հաջորդեց հայկական կապիտալի յուրացմանն ու հայկական բարիքը թյուրքական արժեհամակարգին ծառայեցնելու ալիքը։
Ըստ էության անհերքելի փաստ է, որ դարերով կուտակված հայոց կապիտալով կառուցվեց ժամանակակից Թուրքիայի տնտեսությունը` բառացիորեն կառուցվեց։ Փորձեմ թվարկել, թե 1915-23 թթ. ընկած ժամանակահատվածում Թուրքիան տնտեսական առումով ինչ օգուտներ ունեցավ:
Գաղտնիք չէ, որ հայկական տնտեսական կապիտալն առաջին հերթին որպես բարիք ծառայեց թյուրք և քուրդ արնախում զանգվածի համար, երկրորդ՝ դարձավ երիտթուքական կառավարության ցեղասպան քաղաքականության բաղկացուցիչ, ինչպես նաև Առաջին աշխարհամարտում պարտված Թուրքիայի ռազմատուգանքի պատժամիջոց (փաստացի Թուրքիան կարողացավ վճարել իր միլիոնանոց ռազմատուգանքը (կանտրիբուցիան) նաև այդ կապիտալով): Փաստացի Լոզանում թյուրքերը վճարեցին հայկական գումարներով, որոնք դրված էին Ստամբուլի բանկում, ինչպես նաև շվեյցարական հաշիվներում։
«Լքյալ գույքի մասին» և նման այլ տխրահռչակ օրենքները փաստորեն իրավական տեսակետից ապահովեցին ընչազավթումը. դա տեղի ունեցավ ողջ Թուրքիայի տարածքում բացի դրանից` մահմեդական փախստականները, գաղթականները`մուհաջիրները, տեղավորվեցին հայապատկան տներում և երրորդ` հայերից խլված ֆինանսական միջոցներն օգտագործվեցին ներքին և արտաքին պարտքերը մարելու հարցերում:
Եթե ժամանակակից բանկային տերմինոլոգիայով նկարագրենք, թե ինչ կատարվեց հայ կապիտալի հետ, կլինի մոտավորապես հետևյալը. եթե հայոց տնտեսական կյանքը պատկերացնենք, որպես մի բանկ, ապա թուրքը ներխուժեց, սրի քաշեց բոլորին ու յուրացրեց դրամատան պահոցում կուտակված ահռելի հարստությունը:
Թվարկվածից բացի` համաշխարհային բանկային պատմության մեջ Թուրքիան դարձավ բացառիկ վարկառու: Եվ այդ անտոկոս ու անվերադարձելի վարկով նա կառուցեց իր ներկայիս տնտեսությունը: Ի դեպ՝ չմոռանանք, որ ցեղասպանությունը հանգեցրեց նաև արևմտահայոց տնտեսական լեզվի, բառամթերքի կորստին:
Այս ամենից հետո դժվար չէ հասկանալ և պատկեացնել, որ նշված համակարգը 100 տարի անց էլ շատ փայլուն է աշխատում, եթե հաշվի առնենք, որ ապրում ենք արհեստական բանականության դարում և համապատասխան բոլոր տեխնոլոգիաներն էլ հասել են իրենց կատարելիության գագաթնակետին։ Այնպես, որ Փաշինյանի՝ «Ապագա կա» կարգախոսի բանալիները դրված են թյուրքական նշված գործիքակազմի հիմքում, և նմանօրինակ «ապագա» էլ նա կանխորոշում է ներկայումս։
