azatutyun.am-ը գրում է. Հայցվոր կողմը պնդում էր, որ «Ա և Գ» ՍՊԸ ընկերությունը «Զելյոնայա Մետկա» անվան տակ կեղծում է իրենց «Զելյոնայա մարկա» ապրանքանիշով օղին։

ԱԺ պատգամավոր Սամվել Ալեքսանյանի (ՀՀԿ) ընտանիքին պատկանող ընկերությունները օղիներ կեղծելու մեղադրանքով այսօր դատարանում էին հայտնվել։

«Զելյոնայա մարկա» ապրանքանիշի սեփականատեր, Կիպրոսում գրանցված «Վլակտոր Թրեյդինգ Լիմիթեդ» ընկերության ներկայացուցիչը և փաստաբանը Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի առաջին ատյանի դատարան որպես ապացույց բերել էին Ալեքսանյանների և իրենց ընկերության օղիների օրինակները՝ պնդելով, որ «Զելյոնայա մետկա» օղու շշի ձևավորումը շփոթության աստիճան նման է իրենց արտադրած «Զելյոնայա մարկա» օղու շշին, և պահանջում էին արգելել ընկերությանը շարունակել նման ապրանքանիշով արտադրությունը։

Կիպրոսում գրանցված ընկերությունը պահանջ ունի նաև «Երևան Սիթի» սուպերմարկետները ներկայացնող «Ալեքս Գրիգ» ընկերությունից, քանի որ, ըստ փաստաբանի, «Ա և Գ» ընկերության արտադրած օղիները վաճառվում են «Երևան Սիթի» սուպերմարկետների ցանցում: Ուստի իրենք պահանջում են, արգելել այդ օղու վաճառքը «Երևան Սիթի»-ի ցանցում:

Որպես ապացույց փաստաբանը ներկայացրեց «Երևան Սիթի» ցանցի խանութներից մեկից գնված «Զելյոնայա մետկա» օղու կտրոնը:

Պատասխանող կողմերից «Ալեքս Գրիգ» ընկերությունը չէր ներկայացել։ Իսկ «Ա և Գ» ընկերությունը ներկայացնող փաստաբանը խնդրեց տարանջատել երկու ընկերությունների հանդեպ պահանջները։
