Թուրքիան նոր թափով է անցնում Հայաստանի հարցերը լուծելուն

Հայաստանը և Թուրքիան որոշել են հաջորդ հանդիպումն անցկացնել հարաբերությունների կարգավորման շուրջ։ Հանդիպման պայմանավորվածությունն արդեն կա, իսկ ամսաթիվը և վայրը համաձայնեցնելու են։ Այդ մասին ռուսական լրատվամիջոցներին հայտնել է հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացում Թուրքիայի հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Սերդար Քըլըչը։
Օրերս Անթալիայի դիվանագիտական համաժողովում Քըլըչն անակնկալի էր բերել հայկական կողմին՝ հայտարարելով, որ ցանկանում են հանդիպումն անցկացնել կա՛մ Երևանում, կա՛մ Անկարայում, ընդ որում Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանին առաջարկել են հանդիպումն անցկացնել հենց այս շաբաթ՝ Երևանում։ Ռուբինյանն էլ առաջարկել էր հարցը քննարկել առանձին երեկոյան։ Ըստ երևույթին հանդիպման պայմանավորվածությունն արդեն ձեռք է բերվել։
Շուրջ մեկուկես տարի առաջ Վիեննայում կայացած վերջին հանդիպումից հետո Թուրքիայի այս ակտիվությունը, հատկապես Արևմուտքի ակտիվության ֆոնին, նշանակում է, որ Թուրքիան նոր ճնշումների է անցնում Հայաստանի դեմ, նաև սեփական շահերն առաջ մղելու ավելի ուշագրավ գործիքներ է ձեռք բերել։ Այս ամենն ապացուցում է հենց նույն Անթալիայի համաժողովի այդ պանելային քննարկմանը, Հարավային կովկասի ԵՄ հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Տոյվո Կլաարի՝ չափազանց վտանագվոր հայտարարությամբ։
ԵՄ հատուկ ներկայացուցիչը պաշտոնապես հրավիրել էր Թուրքիային ներգրավել տարածաշրջանային «առաջնորդությանը»։ Կլաարը նաև նշել էր, թե Անկարան կարող է լուրջ ազդեցություն ունենալ տարածաշրջանի հաղորդակցության ուղիների բացման գործում։
Փաստացի, Եվրամիությունը Հայաստանին և մյուս երկրներին հասկացնում է, որ տարածաշրջանում պրոցեսների կառավարման լծակները թողնում է հիմնականում Թուրքիայի տնօրինմանը, և Անկարան է որոշելու ո՞ւմ հետ ինչպես հարաբերվի Եվրամիությունը, Հայաստանն էլ հընթացս մանրադրամ է դառնալու Թուրքիայի և այլ երկրների հետ հարաբերությունների ճշգրտման ընթացքում, ուստի և Հայաստանի իշխանությունների՝ դեպի Արևմուտք վերջին շարժումները չափազանց վտանգավոր հետևանքներ են ունենալու Հայաստանի Հանրապետության համար: Դժվար, թե փաշինյանական վարչախումբն այս պարզ ճշմարտությունը չի հասկանում, սակայն միտումնավոր գնում է Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերություների խզմանը և Թուրքիայի խամաճիկը դառնալու ճանապարհով։
