Հոգեբան Լիլիթ Բաղդասարյանը և «Արմենիա» ՀԲԿ–ի մաշկավեներոլոգ Կարեն Վարդանյանն այսօր հրավիրված ասուլիսին խոսել են այն մասին, թե ինչպես ճիշտ կլինի անցկացնել ամառային հանգիստը։

Լիլիթ Բաղդասարյանը նշել է, որ առողջական, ինչպես նաև զուտ հոգեբանական  խնդիրներից խուսափելու համար հարկավոր է զուգակցել ակտիվ և պասիվ հանգիստը։ Հոգեբանը խորուրդ է տվել հանգստի գնալ՝ չթողնելով չավարտված գործեր, որովհետև, միևնույն է, նույնիսկ հանգստի գնալուց հետո մարդը մտածում է այդ գործերի մասին։ Ինչ վերաբերում է տարվա ընթացքում հանգստյան համար հատկացված օրերի ճիշտ բաշխմանը, ապա Լիլիթ Բաղդասարյանը նշել է.

–Միևնույն է, աշխատանքային առաջին շաբաթը դժվար է անցնում հանգստից հետո: Երկար հանգստի համար բավական է երկու շաբաթը, իսկ ամենակարճը  4 օրն է՝ ուժերը վերականգնելու համար։

Ասուլիսի մյուս բանախոս, մաշկավեներոլոգ Կարեն Վարդանյանը հանգստացողներին իր հերթին խորհուրդ է տվել արևապաշտպան մածուկների միջոցով պաշտպանվել արևի ուլտրամանուշակագույն ճառագայթներից։ Երեխաներին ուղղված նրա խորհուրդն է ընդհանրապես արևայրուք չընդունել։ Նա նաև ընդգծել է, որ ծովում լողալուց հետո անհրաժեշտ է լոգանք ընդունել։ Ինչ վերաբերում է բնության գրկում իրենց հանգիստն անցկացնելու մտադրություն ունեցողներին, ապա փորձագետը նշել է, թե անհրաժեշտ է անպայման վերցնել առաջին բուժօգնության պարագաներ պարունակող պայուսակ:
