Лавров не подтвердил, что Ереван обсуждает тему российских пограничников

Министр иностранных дел России Сергей Лавров заявил, что не может подтвердить информацию, что в Армении обсуждают целесообразность нахождения российских пограничников в ереванском аэропорту "Звартноц".
"Я не могу подтвердить эти сообщения, хотя это вполне выписывается в логику тех позиций, которые сейчас излагает армянское руководство: и премьер-министр (Никол) Пашинян, и спикер армянского парламента, и другие деятели", - сказал министр в ходе пресс-конференции, комментируя вопрос об обсуждении в Ереване целесообразности нахождения российских пограничников.
Двадцать седьмого февраля спикер армянского парламента Ален Симонян заявил, что российские пограничники должны покинуть ереванский международный аэропорт "Звартноц", добавив, что армянская сторона сама защитит границы страны. Позже официальный представитель МИД РФ Мария Захарова заявила, что Москва не получала от Еревана обращений по поводу вывода российских пограничников из этого аэропорта. В пятницу секретарь правящей фракции армянского парламента "Гражданский договор" Артур Ованнисян заявил, что его политическую силу беспокоит присутствие российских пограничников и по этому вопросу ведутся обсуждения.
