Ավազակային հարձակում՝ Երևանի Արշակունյաց փողոցի բենզալցակայանում. նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից տեղեկացնում են՝ մարտի 2-ին, ժամը 05:00-ին «Հերացի» թիվ 1 հիվանդանոցային համալիրից ստացվել է ահազանգ, որ Երևան քաղաքի Արշակունյաց պողոտայի 28/7 հասցեում հրազենից կրակելու հետևանքով «ձախ սրունքի հրազենի վիրավորում» ախտորոշմամբ բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել Երևան քաղաքի 54 ամյա մի բնակիչ։
Ժամը 05:15-ին նաև «Էրեբունի» ԲԿ-ից է ստացվել ահազանգ, որ վերոնշյալ հասցեից գլխի վնասվածքով իրենց է դիմել Երևան քաղաքի 54-ամյա մեկ այլ քաղաքացի։
Դեպքի առթիվ, ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 44-252-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ և 5-րդ կետերով (զենքի գործադրմամբ խմբի կազմում ավազակություն կատարելը) և ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 335-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (զենք, զինամթերքի ապօրինի շրջանառությունը) նախաձեռնել է քրեական վարույթ:
Վերոնշյալ երկու անձինք ճանաչվել են տուժող ու հարցաքննվել։ Վերջիններիս վերաբերյալ նշանակվել է դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն։
Կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, առգրավվել են դեպքի վայրը տեսանկարահանող տեսախցիկների տեսագրությունները։ Հարցաքննվել են նաև մի շարք անձինք։
Իրականացված քննչական և վարութային առաջնային գործողությունների, ինչպես նաև օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում տվյալներ են ստացվել այն մասին, որ քննությամբ դեռևս չպարզված երկու անձինք բժշկական դիմակներով զինված մուտք են գործել Երևան քաղաքի Արշակունյաց պողոտայի 28/7 հասցեում գտնվող բենզալցակայանի հանգստի սենյակ։ Հանդիպելով աշխատակիցների դիմադրությանը՝ նրանք մեկ անգամ զենքի բռնակով հարվածել են նրանցից մեկի գլխի հատվածին՝ պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածք և երկու անգամ էլ քննությամբ դեռևս չպարզված հրազենից կրակոց են արձակել, որից մեկը դիպել է մյուս աշխատաակցի ձախ ոտքի հատվածին, ինչի հետևանքով վերջինս ստացել է հրազենային վիրավորում։ Սակայն նշված երկու անհայտ անձիք իրենց կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներում չեն կարողացել հանցանքն ավարտին հասցնել և դիմել են փախուստի։
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, հնաձնարարություն է տրվել ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժնին հանցանք կատարած անձնաց ինքնությունը պարզելու և հայտնաբերելու, քննությանը հետաքրքրող այլ տվյալներ ձեռք բերելու վերաբերյալ։
Ծանուցում. Հանցանքի համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
