ԱԽ քարտուղարը շարունակում է վնասել հայ-ռուսական հարաբերություններին

Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը շարունակում է պնդել, որ ռուս սահամնապահները խոչընդոտում են Եվրամիության դիտորդների հասանելիությունը Ներքին Հանդ։ Հիշեցնենք՝ օրեր առաջ Գրիգորյանն այդ մասին հայտնել է լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում, ինչից հետո Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը ստիպված էր եղել առանձին հայտարարություն տարածել՝ նշելով, որ դիտորդների համար որևէ խոչընդոտ գոյություն չունի։
Սորոսականի համարում ունեցող Գրիգորյանը, սակայն, բոլորովին մտադիր չէ հանդարտվել և շարունակում է կրկնել նույն հայտարարությունները։ Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղարն անդրադարձել է նաև Ռուսաստանից զենքի գնմանը և կրկին պնդել, թե Ռուսասատանն անհրաժեշտ զենքը չի մատակարարում, թեև 2021 թվականից սկսած Հայաստանը Ռուսաստանի հետ 250 միլիոնի պայմանագրեր է կնքել։
Ռուսաստանից զենքի մատակարարումները չկատարելու մասին Հայաստանի իշխանությունները վերջին շրջանում մի քանի անգամ հայտարարել են։ Դեկտեմբերի վերջին պաշտպանության նախարարությունը, ինչպես նաև Ազգային ժողովի պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը հայտարարել էին, որ Ռուսաստանի հետ խնդիրները կարգավորվել է և զենքի մատակարարումները որոշակի չափով սկսվել են։ Թե ի՞նչ նպատակ է հետապնդում Արմեն Գրիգորյանի այս հայտարարությունը, կարելի է միայն կանխատեսել։ Գրիգորյանը նաև նշել է, որ մինչև 2022 թվականը Հայաստանի ռազմատեխնիկական համագրոծակցության 96 %-ը եղել է Ռուսաստանի հետ։
2021 թվականի հունվարից հետո տարբեր երկրների հետ մի քանի միլիարդ դոլարի պայմանագրեր են կնքվել և ամբողջ ծավալի մեջ Ռուսաստանի բաժինն այսօր 10 %-ից էլ ցածր է կազմում։ Այս հայտարարությունը հակասում է իր խոսքին, թե Ռուսաստանն անհրաժեշտ զենք չի մատակարարում։ Եթե մի քանի միլիարդ դոլարի պայմանագրեր են կնքել, ապա ինչպես կարող էր զենք չմատակարարած Ռուսասատանի բաժինը լինել 10 % և ցածր։
