Արևմուտքը վա բանկ է գնում՝ խաղարկելով «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» պարտիան

Տարածաշրջանի ծաղկումն ու անվտանգությունը կարևոր է Եվրոպայի համար, և այդ պատճառով ենք մենք Ադրբեջանին ու Հայաստանին մեր աջակցությունը հայտնում՝ իրենց երկարատև հակամարտությունը հարթելու համար։ Այդ մասին այսօր Անթալիայի դիվանագիտական ֆորումի ընթացքում ասել է Հարավային Կովկասի և Վրաստանում ճգնաժամի հարցերով ԵՄ հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Տոյվո Կլաարը։ Նրա խոսքով՝ խաղաղությունը պատերազմի չլինելը չէ, այն լավ քննարկված, դետալային համաձայնագիրն է, որը պետք է բոլոր պետություններին՝ երկարատև, կայուն հարաբերություններ կառուցելու համար։ Ամենաուշագրավն այն է, որ ըստ Կլաարի, այդ խաղաղության պայմանագիրը պետք է նախատեսի միջանցք՝ Նախիջևանով բեռների փոխադրման համար:
Ինչպես տեսնում ենք՝ Արևմուտքը արդեն վա բանկ է գնում և խաղում է բաց խաղաքարտերով՝ բնավ էլ չթաքցնելով, որ ինքն է հանդիսանում այսպես կոչված՝ «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» բացման գլխավոր շահառուն: Եվ եթե խաղաղության պայմանագիրը կնքվի Արևմուտքի հովանու ներքո, ինչին էլ ձգտում են ՀՀ գործող իշխանությունները՝ անտեսելով բանակցային մյուս բոլոր հնարավոր հարթակները, ապա ակնհայտ է, որ «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը» բացվելու է՝ դրանից բխող բոլոր անվտանգային և տնտեսական ռիսկերով: Պարզից էլ պարզ է, որ ստեղծված աշխարհաքաղաքական իրողության պայմաններում՝ ՌԴ-ն շրջանցող և Եվրոպայի ու Ասիայի խոշոր նոր տրանսպորտային երթուղու կառուցումն Արևմուտքի համար օրակարգային խնդիր է դարձել: Տեսականորեն փոխադրումների ամենահեշտ ճանապարհը պետք է լինի Իրանով։ Սակայն, հաշվի առնելով ԱՄՆ-ի պատժամիջոցները եւ իրանական երկաթուղու քրոնիկ թերֆինանսավորումը, դժվար է դա դիտարկել որպես անվտանգ կամ հուսալի տարբերակ Արևմուտքի համար, հետևաբար իր խնդիրն Արևմուտքը պատրաստվում է լուծել Հայաստանի և հայ ժողովրդի շահերի հաշվին:
